  First the windows are good windows and I have referred them to hundreds of fellow employees and friends. I have had them in two homes. Sadly the crew they sent was horrible. I have some windows I needed adjusted. The first guy who arrived wasn't rude but also didn't really seem motivated to work or a people person. All he wanted to do was lubricate the windows which was rediculous because they have been hard to open since I got them. Only 5 out of the large amount of windows are tight. I told him to nevermind and then they were getting out ladders to calk the cracks and I didn't feel comfortable with this crew so I politely went outside and told them before they get to much out, I wanted them to just leave. A gentleman who said he was "the boss" asked why and I told him I just wanted them to go ahead and go. He then said I have to ask my manager if we can go. I then told him "No, if I tell you to get off of my property then you will get off my property". At this point the gentleman started telling me "f--- you" and giving me the finger. I got angry and yelled back and told him to get off my property. One of the crew decided to show me how much of a genious he was by doing a burn off with his diesel ram and all he did was take a few months of rubber off of his tire. I called Jill who is I believe an upper manager and is an amazing manager. I have dealt with her in the past. She answered and I provided her with the details. Once again she was wonderful but it doesn't take the bad taste out of my mouth that one of her crews became hositle and agressive and cussed me out. I hope to finish replacing the rest of my windows but I will have to really think if I want to do the rest with window world if this is the professionalism of their crews. The only reason I gave 3 stars and not 1 is their manager Jill who is just excellent at her job.

  Excellent service and communication from start to finish! The process was made simple, and all points of contact were friendly. A special thanks to the installation team who had the additional challenge of a rain storm moving in. Quality products that come with a lifetime warranty. Will most likely use again!

  They showed up, did the job, cleaned up. It seemed pretty straightforward...as of now I'm not aware of any issues. What's not to like?

  My Window World windows are over twenty five years old. They have performed flawlessly. One call and their professional installers Bryce and Mike quickly installed all new weatherstripping, replaced a few hinges, and they are just like like new again. No charge, lifetime warranty. Amazing. Quality and service top tier. If only every business operated like Window World. Thanks so much.
