The ww representative, Bryce, was a great ambassador for ww. Modest, unassuming and very knowledgeable. He answered questions and made the repairs necessary and was gone!

If you didn't order windows, don't worry...Window World will still come to install without your authorization. I should make this clear: We never ordered windows, never had anyone come measure for windows, didn't speak to anyone at Window World. WW called last week to change appointment time. Odd because I didn't have an appointment. Oh well, I thought.. They've must've dialed the wrong number. Then they called yesterday to confirm appointment for today. I made it clear to the lady that I did not have an appointment, did not order windows, etc. I was assured it would be fixed. Then this morning, while dealing with a serious issue at work, WW calls to let me know they're at my house but no one is answering. No shit, Sherlock, we are at work! I check my cameras and, sure enough, they are setting up ladders, unwrapping windows, and getting ready to cut holes in my house THAT I NEVER ASKED FOR AND NEVER ORDERED. She argued with me that I signed an order but I haven't even met with anyone. She says my address, but then says Leawood, KS...a different state. And a person's name that is not my spouse. I made it clear to get off my property. I work with high school students who demonstrate more competency than these people at Window World. Had I not been notified and checked my cameras, who knows what I'd come home to. Save your time, money, and blood pressure and choose another company. ✌️
