  They are the best service in our area very reasonably priced and always willing to take care of our stuff. They are very friendly and polite. We highly recommend them.

  Lazy. They try to prove a point by skipping my trash that's literally 9 feet from the curb. So in hindsight site it's 6 feet from where it belongs. Been a loyal customer and pay my bill a year in advance. Just petty and lazy. I'd understand if this was a common occurrence but I genuinely just forgot. Just more work for them next week.

  I’m leaving this review after a frustrating experience with customer support. Our trash pickup was missed due to a misunderstanding about the collection time. For the past two years, I’ve consistently put our trash out between 9:30–10:00 AM, based on what a driver previously told me. Many of my neighbors follow the same routine, so I believed this timing was acceptable. After the missed pickup, I reached out for clarification and was informed via Facebook that trash should be placed out by 6:00 AM. This was new information to me. I was also advised to call on Monday to see if a truck in the area could return for the missed pickup, which sounded like a reasonable solution. However, when I called, the experience was very disappointing. The representative I spoke with repeatedly talked over me and did not allow me to fully explain the situation. Instead of addressing my concerns, she continued to repeat herself without listening, which made the interaction frustrating and unproductive. While I understand that policies may require trash to be out earlier, the lack of clear communication and the poor customer service experience were very discouraging. Based on this interaction, I would hesitate to recommend calling customer support for assistance.

  Over the last several months they consistently leave trash inside my cans. They specifically asked me not to overfill my can ( which I went ahead and got a second one) but if we have excess I could place a couple or few bags next to the trash cans. Which of course I oblige their request. The trash gets left if it’s not in a can. We are in the process of selling our home and we paid to have several large items picked up, and for the third week in a row that large item is STILL sitting on my curb. I called to inquire about it and they simply took it as a complaint but then decided to play in my face on the phone and transfer me around to multiple depts. ever since then trash pick ups are worse and worse. I’m paying $40+ a month for a weekly pickup that’s being halfassed by a butthurt company because I simply informed them the agreement we had in place was not kept on their side. Incredibly unprofessional. I won’t be using their services again.
