  RUN, DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. It took them over 4 years to complete our small project. We had to have three adjusters to look at the damage because they kept missing things or forgetting things. They broke one of our chair lifts when they had to remove it to replace carpeting then said they didn't. We had to pay another company to verify they did to get them to replace it. They hung a key box on our property to access it. It got broken then our property was broken into. Not once did they offer assistance even though it cost us over $3000. The final straw was that after the project was finally completed and we wrote the last check, they came back 2 months later saying we owed more money. I told them they needed to file a claim with our insurance as I've already paid out everything they submitted. Instead of doing that they waited a few more months then threatened us with legal action if we didn't pay. After a very heated conversation they finally contacted the insurance company and a check was cut. Avoid these people at all costs.

  Pleasant and professional. I unfortunately spilled wine on my laptop and some research indicated that I needed to get I professionally washed due to the corrosive nature of wine. While Catco usually does large scale jobs rather than individual boards, the agreed to wash it anyway. Once washed, the technician indicated some areas did not clean up well and gave me identifying numbers on the motherboard for those areas. I had assumed that I would pay for their services whether the board's function was restored or not. The customer service desk person said that since the cleanup results indicated that the board function may not have been restored and they had no way that they could test it, they would simply return the board to me at no cost......... Gee. I thought that was very generous on their part. I have to say that being unemployed at present, I did not insist on paying. I very much appreciate the work they did for me and can only say that my experience with Catco was great.
