  This was the first time we had to do a insurance claim after the big hail storm. Miguel with Experience Roofing Design showed up and help walk us through that entire process. Miguel was very knowledgeable and did a thorough inspection of the roof and found damage to the roof and gutters from the hail storm. He advised us that the entire roof needed to be replaced, along with the gutters, because of the extensive damage. He advised that we talk with our insurance company to get an adjuster to come out and look at the damage. The insurance company sent an adjuster out and Miguel was there to meet the adjuster and discuss the damages. The adjuster did a thorough inspection of the property and agreed with Miguel that the roof and gutters needed to be replaced. He was always available to address any and all concerns we had during the process! Miguel dropped off sample roof tiles, so we could pick out the color and style of the new shingles. He and his crew showed up on the agreed upon day and finished the roof quickly & professionally (two days). They did an excellent job cleaning up of any and all debris from the repairs. Miguel was there to walk us through the work and made sure there was nothing left to finish up. Miguel was good with returning calls and/or text and communicated well. The shingles and gutters make the whole house look great. The 1st picture is before, 2nd is after.

  Randy Blundell did a terrific job coordinating the repairs to soffit on my barn. Communication by phone and email was clear, accurate, and timely. I'll work with him again.
