  I hired Big Bob’s Flooring Outlet in Independence to carpet 2-homes. Great selection and prices. Chris Smith was my salesman and had been working with me since November 2025. Measurement of the two homes was easy and quick. Prices were submitted to me shortly, thereafter. Carpet installation was scheduled for both homes and two different teams of two men performed the install. Everything went better than expected. They kept the home clean and picked up when removing the old and bringing in the new. I looked at several other companies to get pricing estimates, quality of carpet read a lot of reviews before choosing Big Bob’s! It was the right choice for me. Excellent installation and Chris was very helpful in showing me the different styles and levels of carpet and padding. I am glad we chose to hire Big Bob’s!

  I love the choice of carpet, even though I tried to second-guess myself and change my mind. I'm glad I didn't. It's beautiful and the carpet layers, who had to move heavy furniture, we're super and did an excellent job. I'm very, very pleased..
