  I would NOT NOT NOT recommend this company!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I was scheduled for regular maintenance on my A/C unit. The technician brought his water hose in a bucket to the front door but after the servicing of the A/C unit told me everything was great I asked if he cleaned it because I did not hear the water turn on he replied he didn’t clean it I asked why he replied it was to hot out. Oh and he forgot. Well I told him I need it cleaned that is part of the maintenance he washed the outside of it first and I asked him if he was going to clean it from the inside out so then he took off the top removed the fan then decided to turn the power off and finished cleaning it. He told me he would stay to make sure it turned back on well I guess he didn’t stay because it has not turned back on. My house was 68 degrees before he showed up now it is 76!!!!

  We had a great experience with Anthony Heating & Plumbing today! Noah was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish. He tackled a very challenging clogged drain with patience and determination, reassuring us throughout the process that he would get it taken care of—and he did! We're so grateful that the first two companies we called weren't available because it led us to Anthony's. The service exceeded our expectations, and thanks to Noah's excellent work, Anthony Heating & Plumbing has earned our business for the future. We'll only be calling Anthony's from now on. Highly recommend!

  I’d like to say that our guy Jordan genuinely hooked us up on Father’s Day. We were really in a pinch, as the night before our A/C stopped lowering the temperature in our home, even though everything appeared to be running normally. Long story short, I was a neglectful homeowner and hadn’t changed my air filter. I discovered this myself and replaced it, but I didn’t realize that a clogged filter can eventually cause the system to freeze up and form ice. Jordan quickly identified the issue and advised me to turn the system off and let the fan run. I waited a couple of hours, turned everything back on, and sure enough, the A/C was working again. It took some time to bring the temperature down to the set level, but that was expected. Jordan was a rock star—he showed up on Father’s Day, got us sorted out, and didn’t charge me for the brief visit. I’ll also mention that when I called Anthony PHCE, I initially reached a digital assistant (AI). I was actually very pleased with the experience and wouldn’t let that turn you away. Just speak clearly and you’ll have no issues. It set up the appointment, clearly explained the visit cost, and I received a call within the expected timeframe. After this experience, I’ll definitely be calling Anthony PHCE for any future needs.

  We had a leak in the hose between our basement ceiling and the main level floor, and the company responded quickly with same-day service. Brandon was our technician, and he promptly identified that the issue was with the piping and hose connected to the refrigerator. He replaced the plastic line with a more durable copper tube and installed a convenient shut-off valve behind the refrigerator. Brandon took the time to clearly explain the repair and the pricing, which we found to be very fair—especially for weekend, same-day service. He completed the repair efficiently and was friendly, professional, informative, and thorough throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend this company!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Abby came out during a heat advisory to diagnose and repair our thermostat and AC, and I truly cannot say enough good things about her. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly kind from the moment she arrived. What stood out most was how thoroughly she explained everything. She walked me through exactly why the unit wasn’t working, discussed the possible causes, and explained the troubleshooting process step by step. I appreciated that she focused on reasonable solutions first instead of immediately jumping to the most expensive or worst-case scenarios. Her honesty and transparency gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. She was also wonderful with my children, taking the time to be friendly and respectful while she worked. As a woman, it was especially refreshing and empowering to see another woman thriving in a field that is often male-dominated. I felt completely comfortable having her in my home and was genuinely impressed by her professionalism, expertise, and work ethic. Abby is an incredible asset to your company, and I hope she knows how much her hard work is appreciated. We are so grateful for her help and look forward to seeing her again for our upcoming duct cleaning appointment! Thank you Abby!
