  We initially called the plumbing company we have used the past year or so…they couldn’t schedule us until NEXT Friday. That was unacceptable considering the issue we were experiencing I had heard of Anthony’s so gave you a call and your technician, Alex, was here addressing our situation within the hour! That was impressive response time! In the future I’ll call Anthony’s from the git-go.

  My service was great an fast, Cody was very professional, big plus for having shoe covers to put on when he walked in.lol He explained everything to me, an made sure to keep in contact every step of the way. He solved the problem, an waived my service fee, which helped saved me some money an even noticed things I didn't call for, an set up an appointment to get it fixed, very much appreciated, couldn't ask for any better service thank you!

  Michael was fantastic. He took the time to explain every recommendation thoroughly and to answer every question I had. We’ve had a lot of work performed by Anthony since buying an older home a couple years ago ($tens of thousands) and they always meet our expectations—often exceed them. Michael provided one of our best experiences with technicians to date. You can get cheaper services, but I find myself always going back to Anthony because I trust their work will be done right the first time.

  I was very pleased at the prompt attention and expert generator maintenance and repair I received from Trevor Nash with Anthony Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical. My 15KW Generac generator “threw an error code” and I was able to go to their website, chat with an AI Agent and they scheduled next-day service under my maintenance contract. Trevor found the generator battery and a cable were badly corroded and performed maintenance of the system. Best of all, the service cost me nothing due to the maintenance contract. I highly recommend Trevor and Anthony PHCE.

  I posted last year, but wanted to do a follow up. My air conditioner went out and I called this company to come look at it. They sent a technician out who spent all of five minutes, looking at my air conditioning and told me that my compressor was bad and that I would need an entirely new system. He estimated around $20,000. Well, I didn’t have the money so I sweltered all through last summer using window units. I came into some money so I called another company to come out and look at it today. He put a hard start on my system and everything is up and running for a grand total of $225. They have a lot of nice looking trucks and spend a lot of money on commercials, but in my opinion, they’re not worth the cost of the service call. It won’t let me reply to Anthony heating cooling response. Their technician tried to bully me into buying a new system because the price of R 22 was through the roof. Anyone, and I mean, anyone can buy R22 through this website. I can buy 15 pound bottles for $430 all day long and have it delivered to my house. No questions asked. Max
