  Technician likely bumped or flicked the tmp tube on the hot water tank while working on hvac, causing it to trigger and release water. Then says he noticed water dripping from the tube and says their plumber should look at it. Plumber says tmp needs to be replaced and an expansion tank added to hot water tank, costing over $1000! Thank goodness we have our own plumber, who's been in the business forever, knows all the "tricks of the trade" and clued us in as to what likely happened. A couple taps on the pin of the tmp reset it, dripping stopped, no expansion tank or further repair needed! We will be dropping our business with Anthony's as soon as we find a trust-worthy hvac company or tech we can trust for annual maintenance.

  Given how upsetting it is to find out you have to replace your AC & aged furnace, Martin handled things with the utmost courtesy & empathy. I manage stress with gaining knowledge & Martin gave me everything I needed to feel good about this unexpected expense. He really put my needs ahead of the job. Outstanding individual & impeccable representative of the company.

  Sterling Bransonwith of Anthony PHCE repaired my air conditioning unit yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He replaced the turbo assist on the motor and got everything running again quickly and efficiently. Sterling was professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job explaining the repair. I really appreciate his excellent work and would definitely recommend his services to others!

  I am so highly pleased as a customer. My new furnace and HAVC was installed today by the technician Kyle Harris and his co-technician. They did an amazing installation and cleaned up and took away my old furnace and HVAC. They were very professional, knowledgeable and answered in detail all of my questions. I highly recommend Anthony’s Plumbing, Heating & Electrical. Also, as a ASAP member the process was so easy and the installation was next day service.

  So Anthony did my yearly ASAP tune-up on my AC and texted me after the tech finished to talk about my experience and leave a 5 star Google review! I have been with Anthony for over 20 years. There was a time when first appointment of the day meant so. Now it's a window between 8 and 10am. Tech showed up at 9:45, he was nice, professional, and did what I pay for with my ASAP membership. They always try and sell you things you don't want or need. This time it was dryer vent, and air duct cleaning. When I did the plumbing checkup, a different visit, the tech told me both toilets needed a complete rebuild, which was a lie. If you want to improve, Anthony, honor your first appointments of the day and stop up selling everything. I'm happy with the work techs do, but scheduling is a joke, and now you get to talk to a bot! I'm stuck because of the warranty Anthony provided when I bought my HVAC unit. When that ends, I'll probably find another company.
