- MMMorgan MareschalJun 7, 20241.0I will update stars if/when I see improvement. We have been requesting plans for an addition for weeks and each week, when we follow up, they say they will get it to us next week. I just called and was met with a rude person on the other line. Saying next week and again and he hasn't even started on our project yet. Be up front with your customers. I have no problem with being told how long something will take, but being told a moving target week after week is not acceptable. This is all we have remaining to submit plans and begin construction.
