We were very impressed with the team and the floors!  The floors were the part of the renovation project that made me the most nervous.  The team, from the initial inquiry through the staining process, was phenomenal.  Everyone was extremely professional during the process.  Everyone listened to our questions and concerns and provided clear expectations.  The addition of the trim wood piece in front of the patio door looks phenomenal.  The workmanship is superb.  They centered a long piece and then put two equally sized pieces on the sides.  They selected wood pieces with different colors so it would look like the rest of the flooring.  It is very impressive.  I highly recommend this team for flooring needs.

Matt, our project manager, help plan and design our border around the new flooring. I love it. The team did a great job from removing all baseboards, doors and the refridgerator and stove, to sanding, staining and finishing. They always communicated with me regarding any concerns. I highly recomment them.

I had a great experience working with Luminous Flooring. They refinished the top floor and stairs and installed laminate flooring downstairs. They went above and beyond, helping me address the concerns you’d find with an older home. Working with them was a smooth process from start to finish. All the people who came and helped us with our floors did a great job. They were also very kind and helpful with all my questions. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a great experience working with Matt Lukens the owner. When the work started we had Jordan and Sebastian laying hardwood and Tom and Brennen sanding and staining they were all great to work with. Actually Tom sold us on doing hardwood steps that Chandler and Bobbie installed and did an excellent job. I don't remember the worker who stained and finished the steps but he was excellent to work with also.

Luminous has installed hardwood floors in our last two houses and refinished the stairwells of our current house. They did a great job helping us pick the floor and stain to match. When a few unexpected problems did come up, they made sure everything was resolved. Highly recommend Matt and his team to anyone looking for a new floor.
