  The installation process and pricing were very good, and overall I was satisfied initially. However, I have been experiencing problems with the system since last summer, and nothing has been resolved despite the system still being under warranty. Since March, I have repeatedly informed your team that the system is offline, I cannot connect to it, and it is not reporting any activity. Each time, I was told that someone would get back to me as soon as possible, but it has now been over three months. At this point, I am no longer receiving any responses. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue.

  Local guys who won’t try to upsell you - they are very professional and quick to respond - however, make sure you ask about batteries, a backup generator or a hybrid inverter system - I was shocked that my solar didn’t keep working after a power outage in town. I feel like that could have been explained better and now I have to pay MORE and it already cost over $50k

  This is a truly professional company that genuinely cares about their customers. They’ve kept in touch with me even after the installation, which shows their commitment. I wholeheartedly recommend them if you're considering installing a solar panel system.

  BKJ Solar is a great company to work with! The did a fine job with installing everything, and handled all project hiccups very well. We've had our panels now for 7 months, and the first time an issue came up they noticed it before we did and reached out to fix it! It's good to know they're there and we're not just out here fending for ourselves. I definitely recommend this company to anyone!
