  Replace the wax ring under the toilet as I figured that was what it was, but once turning on the water and flushing they noticed another leak that wasn't happening at first, found the issue and replaced the part causing the new issue. Good catch on this as at least he didn't leave until after doing a system check!

  If i could give zero stars i would. I have had two separate appointments set up with this company. They didnt show up for either one. Not only that, they didn't even offer a courtesy call to say they were running behind or needed to reschedule. But wait, it gets worse.....I called THEM after the missed appointments.....and text.....and emailed. No one EVER got back to me. I wouldnt have scheduled the second time, but my warranty company assigned them to me. So I was up at 7:30 am waiting all day for them TWICE. This is so disrespectful and rude. I would never give them my business.

  They were very professional. They knew what they were doing. They assessed the issue got the items needed and fixed it. I would recommend them to everyone.

  Plumbworks came in and did exactly what was needed. They were friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
