  I called on a Monday night at 10:00 my call was answered on the 2nd ring a woman answered she was polite, informative, and had a technician schedule for the next day the following day at 10:00 a.m. I received a phone call stating that they were finishing up a job in Lee's summit and would be coming my direction next and that they would be there in 30 minutes. 15 minutes later they showed up and started on fixing my shower drain, which required a lot more work than I first anticipated The drain going for my shower to my basement needed to be completely replaced and they got the job handled in a timely fashion. The gentleman's names were Jesse and Dale. They were very professional and I later found that the woman that answered my call her name was Bailey. I cannot thank them enough for their timely service. I'm a super happy customer.

  I had an issue with my sewer line backing up into my basement. They were able to come out the same day which was awesome! Jesse and Isaac did the work and they were professional, friendly, and I really appreciated how thorough they were! Even after they removed some roots, they ran the camera and saw more a bit further out so they augured the line again until it was flowing like it should.

  I called for a toilet ring repair and they responded quickly. I liked how everything was documented and explained. I asked about another issue I was having in another bathroom and was able to determine I needed a different style toilet. Years of frustration gone after one service call! And the were tolerant of me hovering over their shoulders!
