  I had an outstanding experience with Hoock's Heating & Cooling company. Matt provided the diagnosis and repair work, and did an excellent job. The problem was identified quickly, explained clearly, and repaired with real expertise. Rick, Alex, and Seth handled the installation work, and they were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Their workmanship was excellent, and they made the entire process smooth and stress‑free. James took care of the consultation and explanations, and I really appreciated how clearly everything was broken down. Every question was answered in detail, and the guidance was always honest and never pushy. The owner, Russ, clearly runs an honest, transparent, and truly excellent company. You can see his values reflected in every member of the team. Everyone, including the office staff was friendly, professional , and great to work with. I would recommend Hoock's Heating & Cooling any time. They’re a trustworthy company that delivers quality, professionalism, and integrity from start to finish.

  I can't say enough wonderful things about this company and the entire team. From booking appointments to getting an entire HVAC system replaced, everyone is extraordinary. We had Alex, Rick & Seth out today to replace our upstairs HVAC and they were amazing. Always so kind and polite but also get the job done in a timely manner. If you're contemplating their maintenance program, I say go for it. We've been part of the program for 3 years now and they take great care of our systems. I can't recommend them enough.

  If you’re looking for a reliable HVAC company, Hoock’s Heating & Cooling is outstanding. Russ and his team are incredibly honest, trustworthy, and always put their customers’ best interests first. You can count on them for everything from inspections and cleanings to repairs or full system replacements. Highly recommend giving them a call!

  My wife and I had an unbelievable experience from start to finish. I was thoroughly impressed with the depth at which Russ and his team explained HVAC systems to us. Once I understood what happened to our system and how to fix it, he gave me the best buying experience. He gave me 4 different options and allowed me to pick which one worked best for my family and I's situation/budget. There was not one moment where I ever felt pressured. On the day of the install, Rick, Alex and Seth were just fantastic to work with. They were super professional, efficient and fun. I could not recommend Hoock's any higher!!

  Last week our AC went out and we knew our heating system & water heater were on their last legs of life as well. Russ came out last week and covered all options with us very diligently and you could tell he truly wanted whatever was best for us and what we were comfortable with (not pushy or salesy whatsoever!) Fast forward to today, Rick, Alex, and Seth came by and replaced our HVAC system and installed our new water heater as well. They were extremely hardworking and very very friendly to have here!! They did a fantastic job and explained everything so in depth before they left. My husband and I are SO happy with this entire experience from start to finish and will forever recommend this company!
