  The detail Russ puts into making sure installation is perfect will guaranteed give you the best performance and longevity of your new system. His knowledge gave us a huge piece of mind. His team is great also. His technicians are also great. You can tell he puts a lot of pride in his business.

  We had an all around great experience with Hoock’s Heating & Cooling! Russ came out to give us a bid and you could tell he really knew his stuff. He explained the install process down to the very last detail. I’ve always been told that the install is the most important part of replacing a HVAC system. With Hoock’s, not only do you get a great install, the price was extremely competitive compared to the other companies we had come out. Russ and Riley came out this morning to do the install and they did a FANTASTIC job! Russ explained everything as he went and they even hooked up an old humidifier that had been disconnected on our previous system. The new system is running great and they cleaned up so good you can’t tell they were ever even here. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a new system!!

  Great experience with Seth. He checked out the furnace, explained what issues or potential problem's he was looking for, and described the current condition of the system. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I’ll definitely continue to utilize Hoock’s services in the future.

  Hoock's service is exceptional. They always come out to help as soon as possible and they keep in touch at all times as to what is going on and when they will be there. Their service team, that I have met, are friendly and knowledgeable and keep you informed of what they are doing and what needs to be done. It is obvious they take great pride in their work and that is rare in this day and age. I am highly impressed with the service and treatment I have received from them and highly recommend this company.

  Where do I start…. The AC went out in the Lobby at my office. Called Hoocks and they were out there same day. Later that evening the AC went out at home.. called Hoocks again. Within minutes they had someone out to the house to diagnose it. Turns out the compressor went out. They have jumped through hoops on my behalf to get the parts covered under warranty with the manufacturer as it’s only a few years old. Aaron one of Hoocks techs has incredible knowledge and Alina in the office is a true warrior. I cannot say enough good things about Hoock’s! If you are looking for someone who knows what they are doing, knows how to treat you like family, and someone to give you options, please do yourself a favor and call Hoocks!
