  After getting several quotes, my neighbor recommended Hoock’s . I must say from every step was extremely pleasant from the initial call to the installation. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Customer service is rare these days!! Great job Team !!

  As much as anyone hates having HVAC issues, Hoock’s is my go-to! They’re prompt, professional, and easy to work with. What I really appreciate is that they’re flexible, willing to work with you on the issue, and try to find the best and most affordable solution whenever possible. 10/10 highly recommend.

  We are very happy with this company with the installation of our new heat pump. Great communication with the office setting up the bid and then for the job. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and walked us through all of our options. No high pressure sales tactics. Finally, the crew that installed our new heat pump was very professional. They answered all of my questions and explained how everything worked. Also cleaned up very nicely. A great experience all around.

  We switched to Hoock's a year or so ago and have had nothing but great experiences with their office and technicians. When we found we needed a new furnace and A/C, the service we received resulted in us deciding we didn't want to shop around but continue to put our trust in Hoock's and it was the right decision. Matt is a stellar technician who explains what is happening in terms that are easy to understand. Seth, who provided our consultation listened to hear and found a heating and cooling combination that would work for our needs and our budgets. The installers, Rick and Riley were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. This was one of the best home installations/repair experiences we have had. Thank you.

  We had an outstanding experience with Hoocks Heating & Cooling from start to finish! When our HVAC system needed to be replaced, Seth came out and thoroughly walked us through all of our options. He took pictures to show us and carefully explained everything that would be happening during the installation process, which made us feel informed and confident in our decision. He was professional, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. What truly set Hoocks apart was their commitment to customer service. The owner, Russ, personally came out and provided us with window units to help keep our family comfortable until our installation date. That level of care and dedication is hard to find these days and meant a great deal to us. On installation day, Rick and Riley were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of the installation was completed properly and professionally. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and they took great pride in their work. Not only was the new equipment installed flawlessly, but they left both our basement and the outdoor work area cleaner than they found them. Before leaving, Rick and Riley took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure we understood how the new system operated and answering every question we had. By the time they were finished, we felt completely comfortable and informed. From Seth's thorough consultation, to Russ's personal commitment to customer care, to Rick and Riley's top-notch installation, every member of the Hoocks team exceeded our expectations.
