- COColleen OConnor3 days ago5.0Bone heating and cooling has the nicest employees. Velinda handles scheduling, Matthew and Devin service the equipment.I have the servce plan with a spring and fall equipment check. I so glad I do. Matthew did the service check and diagnosed the burners going out on my furnace. They sent Devin to replace the burners. He showed me the old one, it was bad! If I didn't have that plan I wouldn't have known in the and would have been without heat. If you don't have a service plan you do need one. Call Bone.

We recently moved into our home and reached out because we were getting quotes for a new water heater and weren’t sure how old our current one was or if it needed to be replaced. Steve was very kind, polite, knowledgeable, and honest. He took a look at everything and let us know that our water heater was actually from 2023, was in good condition, and there was no reason to replace it at this time. I really appreciated that he didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. Even though we didn’t end up needing any work done today, I think it’s just as important to leave a positive review when a company is honest and treats you well. Based on our experience with Steve, Bone Heating & Cooling will definitely be who we call in the future for our heating and cooling needs. Highly recommend!
- JMJerry MSep 30, 20265.0Steve, the technician from Bone Heating and Cooling came out to trouble trouble shoot a poor cooling problem he found insulation pieces in the return air that was blocking off the air flow. No one else found s it. He was very professional in diagnosing the problem. I will definitely call them for any future problems and recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Steve.

Tiffany was super helpful in figuring how what we needed and getting the visit scheduled. Jeff was on time, explained exactly what needed to be done, and made sure we were happy with the work. Can't say enough great things about this company - highly recommend.
