  We purchased a shed from Tuff Shed in July 2024. We paid $5667.00. Our shed was installed August 15, 2024. We noticed shingles falling off July 26, 2025, less than a year of having it installed. We contacted Tuff Shed August 15, 2025 about the warranty for repair. For whatever reason we were never able to speak to anyone live about our warranty or what we wanted, we got a lot of run around and hearing “someone will call you”, but never did. We finally get someone out to repair the roof on September 2, 2025. However we were told that they are no longer able to get the same color shingles that we had purchased just a year ago, so he brought different shades for me to see and choose. This shed was almost $6000 and barely a year old, I did NOT want a mis-matched roof. I told the man the same thing we had told SEVERAL other Tuff shed employees/reps/customer service, who ever we kept getting the run around from that at this point we want the entire roof replaced with matching shingles or an estimate on a discounted rate for upgrading to a metal roof. Today is January 25, 2026, our roof is still not fixed or repaired and we have not heard from anyone from Tuff Shed since mid October. We chose to go with Tuff Shed because of their name and thinking it was a good company that would provide a quality shed that would last for years. We are extremely disappointed in their lack of care, communication and backing their work and products.

  I am revising my review after talking with the General manager. It's still not the shed we had in mind and it looks ridiculous but at least SOMEONE finally listened to us. I feel like the company really cares about customer satisfaction but this local office has some problems

  This is my second tuff shed in 2 years. The first went very well. This one, not so much. Day of install they called to reschedule for the next day. 2nd day, no call, no show and no one seemed to know what was going on when I called them half an hour after their 2 hour time window. They showed up 3 days after this to install. Some things were missing and a week later they delivered them. Then I started getting calls, texts and emails that I had to sign the final paperwork TODAY. I was not happy for this urgency since they had shown no urgency and had delayed many times. Then I got an email from the finance company that my first payment is due and I have no copy of the contract or final amount due. I called my Tuff Shed sales representative and he still has not called me back. The finance company is great and they sent me a copy of the contract. Not sure why this time was so unpleasant, but might check with Home Depot if the need arises for another shed

  With my son moving back home, we needed extra storage and with a bit of research, my son found Tuff Shed. He called and talked to Larry and was very impressed with his product knowledge. We took a ride out to the Fenton location and met with Larry and I purchased my Tuff Shed that day. I can't say enough about Larry's friendliness, knowledge and caring attitude. No "pushy sales talk", just helped us through the process and made suggestions designing a shed that met our needs. Now I have a beautiful Tuff Shed in my backyard that looks just like my house! Same roof, siding color, etc.! It was literally built in an afternoon by a great crew. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks Larry and Tuff Shed crew. 12/28/21 We just bought another Tuff Shed and it was installed yesterday! Yes, my son moved back home, but all his "stuff" remained in a 5x5 storage unit as the first Tuff Shed filled up rather quickly. I can't say enough about this second experience. Kyle Aldinger answered my call, I asked a few questions about "replicating" my original Tuff Shed with a few modifications and emailed him a very crude drawing. He did all the rest and I didn't even have to leave my home. He was always responsive to my text messages answering within minutes. I highly recommend Kyle and Tuff Shed. My son said I can't put ANYTHING in this one - it's all his.
