- KBKelly BeckerJun 24, 20265.0Spencer was really nice and thorough. He came and did the maintenance found apart that had to be replaced. We were really glad about that because we were seeing a little leaking and apparently this was the part that was causing the leaking so we’re gonna be glad not to have water anymore in the basement. Also, I was glad that he tested the system and I didn’t have to pay for something I didn’t need and We were able to decide that we did not need to replace the filter at this time. I had asked him to check that for me because I wanted to make sure I wasn’t replacing something unnecessarily. I’m really glad I did that.
