  Great service! We went through Home Depot to get a new hot water heater and Tri-State installed it. Everyone we met/spoke to were professional and personable. Kelly Spradley was the main installer and not only did he do a thorough job and answer all my questions, he even noticed and was respectful of my daughter's nap time and talked quiet to avoid waking her (which is not something most people pay attention to or care about, so I really appreciated it).

  Spencer did great. We had low water pressure problems so he couldn’t complete services. No fault of Tri State. They sent another technician after the pressure was fixed. 2nd Tech apparently didn’t properly flush the system and we had murky colored water. 3rd Tech, Dale, flushed the system properly and fixed a leak at one of the fittings. Our water treatment system is working properly again.

  Found Tri-State when getting quotes for replacing my water heater. Found them through Home Depot, so I was skeptical. However, they were able to get us in that day as well as help us replace the water heater that was still under warranty. Furthermore, after some water pressure issues with a few fixtures following the replacement, Tri-State came out four more times to fix the fixtures at no additional cost. They have earned a customer for life! Also, they were excellent with my toddler - bonus points.

  Spencer came out to service our water softener and did a great job. He walked me through exactly what he was doing and why, explaining it in a way that was easy to understand instead of just technical jargon. Really appreciated the transparency and professionalism. Made me feel confident in the work.

  I live in a condo and needed to replace a 23 year old natural gas water heater sitting in a shared basement utility room. That is not a simple swap. There are neighboring units’ heaters a few feet away, an association to answer to, and county code to satisfy. Tri-State handled all of it without a single hiccup. Mark came out two weeks ahead for the consultation and was straightforward about the scope, the fit, and what the job would actually require. No pressure, no upsell theater. His assessment was accurate right down to the piping adjustment he flagged. Clayton did the installation and he is the reason I am writing this review. Younger guy, calm, level headed, and he knows the code inside and out. He fielded every question I had, then turned around and fielded a whole separate round from Brian, our condo maintenance representative, who came down with concerns about spacing relative to the other water heaters. Clayton walked him through it clearly and put the issue to rest. No relocating the main gas line was necessary because there was more than enough clearance, and Clayton confirmed it rather than guessing. He adjusted the piping to get the thermal expansion tank installed correctly and to county code, and he took the time to teach me a few things about the system while he worked. That kind of patience is rare. Precision work start to finish. Everything went perfect. If you need a water heater done right, especially in a condo or any situation with tight quarters and code scrutiny, ask for Clayton. Thank you both.
