I’d rather them be 15 minutes early than arrive at the tail-end of the window, or even after the window when they said they’d arrive. If I have 1 stink, it was that they had the incorrect number on file. But that’s not enough of an aggravation to detract from the high-quality service they provide.

I am upset with the company I was told I was being monitored and after a year I called for them to come out and service that is when I found out I wasn’t monitored it wasn’t hooked up. Chris told me a supervisor would call me no call and I am still not hooked up. Good news generator works when the power goes out

I was contacted really quickly after my request and the whole process was excellent. A rep came to my house the next day (Friday) and we discussed my options. I decided which option I wanted and the two techs came on Monday morning and did the work. Kelly Spradley did a great job. He called on his way and told me when they’d be here in 30 minutes which was great. I looked over the work they did and it was excellent. They were quick, and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend these 2 guys and this company.
