  I built a city garage and needed power run out to it. Robert came out to give me an estimate and was really incredible. Explained everything clearly and answered all of the questions I had (of which there were MANY). I worked with him throughout the duration of the project, and he made my life so much easier. When Ameren changed the plan on us and refused to allow the install the way we'd initially planned, Robert came right back out, found a solution and had me rescheduled inside of 2 days. David and Steven handled my installation and they were fantastic! They made sure to check with me on exact placement and the finished product is beautiful! They were respectful of my home and really sweet to my dogs, which is always a plus for me. Awesome experience with Potts. I'll definitely use them if I need work done in the future.

  Robert Taylor did an amazing job! He was able to pinpoint my smoke detector issue and replace them, properly. The price was the price. He was kind, understanding and even pointed out some mold I had no clue was there. Thank you Robert, I appreciate your help and support. I will definitely use Potts in the future.

  Robert is awful. A con man even. Potts wanted to charge me $18,500 for a job quoted for $2,000 - $3000 from five other reputable companies that have been in business much longer. He also thought I was stupid enough to believe that electrical wiring is charged by the square foot instead of the linear foot. Good luck not getting majorly ripped off if you choose this company. Edit: they tried to pay me $100 to take off this review with a gift card. Ha! Nah, I’d rather help others avoid getting scammed, as well. Avoid avoid avoid.

  Potts Electric took care of our electrical needs when we were having our manufactured home set up. I will say Joey is very on point and extremely knowledgeable. He definitely goes the extra mile to take care of his customers . Thank you so much Joey for all you’ve done!!! I will highly recommend Potts Electric!!!

  I truly cannot say enough good things about Pott’s. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! We were dealing with some pretty major electrical problems, and when someone recommended Pott’s, I am SO glad I took the recommendation. Theywent above and beyond to help us through what was a very stressful situation. From the very beginning, everyone I dealt with was incredibly helpful, patient, and compassionate. They were generous with their time and genuinely attentive to what we were going through. I especially want to thank Jon and Courtney. Jon helped me multiple times over the phone and was incredibly compassionate, patient, and reassuring while taking the time to listen and answer all of my questions. Courtney came all the way out on an emergency visit on a SUNDAY, taking our concerns seriously and going above and beyond to help us. He answered my millions of questions with such patience and grace, and made me feel so much less stressed about our situation. Catherine was also incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with over the phone. She was so patient and made everything easier whenever I needed to call. And the electricians, Jeremy, Brandon, and Adam, were wonderful. They were professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely pleasant to have in our home. They worked hard, got everything done, and I felt confident in the work they were doing. (And they answered all of my questions patiently, making sure I understood what was happening!) Our electrical situation meant we had to camp out in our living room (the bedrooms were affected) and so our home was a little bit chaotic! But they were so nice and nonjudgmental about it and kindly worked around the craziness. Jeremy arrived first and was truly kind to us - he even helped me move a mattress out of the way that was blocking an outlet! I’ve really been wowed by the service and the way everyone at Pott’s treats their customers. This was a really challenging situation for our family, and the entire Pott’s team treated us with so much compassion and consideration. They didn’t just come in, do a job, and leave. They took the time to help us through a difficult situation, and that really meant a lot to me. I will forever recommend Pott’s to everyone I know. If you’re looking for an electrical company that truly goes above and beyond for their customers, I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much to Jon, Courtney, Catherine, Jeremy, Brandon, Adam, and the entire Pott’s team!
