  Patriot really knocked it out of the park! Great service, on time which is rare & the service tech was very educational. They found a crack in our heat exchange that could have caused so much harm. Thanks so much Patriot Heating & Cooling. BTW, the tech Tyson Eaton & Nick from the home office were amazing, informative & very helpful!

  Last week, my air conditioner was squeaking so loudly that the neighbors complained to the homeowners association. So what did I do, I called PATRIOT HVAC first thing the next morning. Tyrone was the service expert sent to help me. He spent the better part of his day diagnosing the problem and running to get the necessary parts to fix it. When he left the air conditioner was humming like the backup singer for Benson Boone! I can honestly say PATRIOT has provided the best diagnostic, service, and pricing one can expect. Give them a try next time you need help with your furnace or air conditioner. I promise you won't be sorry. PS ask for Tyrone!

  The technician, Mason, was great! He came out on time & thoroughly evaluated our A/C unit. He had notes on his tablet after the evaluation & tune up to discuss a few small issues that could cause larger problems if not eventually addressed. During the overview he had his partner Nick on the phone to offer a number of payment options that were available. This was good news for me having recently paid a costly car repair. This was nice, knowing that I do not want any issues with my A/C system with the summer approaching quickly.

  Sometimes you just get lucky and find a company you love and trust. This small family owned business has a customer for life. I met Tyson about a year ago when our home was hit by a tornado. They thoroughly went through my system to make sure it wasn't damaged and moved the unit back on the pad. I purchased the service plan at that time. Everything was explained perfectly and I knew what service I would receive. When our heat went out in the winter, Tyson was there immediately to get us heated up again. I just can't tell you how awesome the service is and fast. They really do care. It shows. Bonus points for getting past our Great Dane. Not only does he remember Tyson and let him in our home, he follows him around and hugs him. If you get past the dog, you're A+ and allowed in our home anytime. Thank you Tyson and Patriot!
