  Denys was the crew manager and did an excellent job communicating each step with the homeowner and his crew. He was a hand on leader. The crew completed the railings install, cleaned up all their supplies and even put back In place on the patio my wooden A frame and swing. Prior to this work crew, it was a pleasure to work with Nick L. to accomplish my request down to changing the color request. The extra effort to give me a scrap post of the requested color made all the difference.

  I’m very happy with my experiences with Kirkwood Fence…from the sales rep, to scheduling team & especially the installation crew. They helped me imagine what could be done. They even managed to install right up next to an old bush I value very much, and absolutely no damage occurred to it!

  Very simple process. Came out for a quote figured out what needed to be done. Did the work cost it change everything was as expected. Very simple and smooth process.

  I love my fence! I've received several compliments from my neighbors. Overall it was a good experience. From the initial visit to scope out the job thru completion of the fence. The fence installers were polite and worked quickly. The only complaint have is that it took two visits to complete my fence when it should've been done in one visit. The first crew was short one fence post so they weren't able to complete the section that tied into my neighbor's fence. No one proactively reached out to me to schedule workers to finish the fence. I had to follow up. The second crew came out about 2 weeks later and quickly completed the missing section.

  We chose to go with Kirkwood Fence because we use the pest control company that is owned by the same company. The initial meet up was good. Went over what we wanted but never received a layout or saw pictures of the fence. We still went forward because again, they are owned by same company as our.pest control company and they have very good ratings. The day of service we had two guys that kept saying their manager was coming but no manager never came. We specifically said to keep the fence 10 feet away from our trees so our lawnmower could fit. That did not happen. Even though we never saw a picture of the layout, the two men changed the layout that I had talked to the salesmen about. They also put part of the fence too low so we could not continue the concrete after the fence was installed. They came out to redo that part and raise it but now the whole section leans forward. Amd gare does not swing closed. Maybe it's a standard fence but it's very light weight and flimsy. We would not recommend this company.
