Thought they were reputable, we were wrong. They hire a sub contractor to complete residential jobs. The contractor brought the wrong fence. When I questioned this they said it was not their problem as that was the material they had been loaded with. I ordered a 4’ gate and a 6’ gate was what was installed. They used the wrong end post, couldn’t square off the fence ends, all posts and gates were off of the same heights some more than an inch or two. It wasn’t installed into sonotubes like agreed upon, and posts were too low for when my concrete driveway was going to be poured later that week. The only good thing about this company was the follow up phone call from a different project manager. He took my concerns and eventually came out to see the issues. His jaw hit the floor when he saw the work that was and was not done. He worked to correct most issues, sadly not everything can be fixed right without a total removal. He also made sure their in house staff that does commercial installs completed our concerns and corrected most of the issues.

Design work and installation work were very good. Administrative policies are horrible. Ask alot of questions about scheduling, payments and refunds.

I’m sure their work is fine, but having AI bots take your inbound lead calls is where I’ll go take my business elsewhere.

The design was exactly as presented to me. The installers were professional and worked quickly, even tho they had to use a jackhammer! I am very pleased.
