Devan and Roy installed my sump pump today, and they did an amazing job! They were both very knowledgeable, informative, and professional throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated their excellent customer service skills, especially because I work in a position where I deal with the public myself, and I understand how important great customer service is. They made sure I understood everything and did a wonderful job from start to finish. I would like to thank Devan and Roy again for their hard work and outstanding service. You both did an amazing job—well done! 👏🏽😊

I have had water in my basement issues for years, I had another company do some work to correct the water issues only to be disappointed at the work and new problems, Chad came out and was able to advise me on several issues that were the problems. He reviewed my paperwork from prior work and said to contact the company to have them check the work that had been done. He told me what should be corrected. Chad has structural expertise and was willing to take time to explain to me what step I should take to correct my issues. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable.

Jonathan Brodhacker and the Team at Foundation Recovery Systems visited my home to look over an issue we had with our foundation. Jonathan took the Time to explain our issues. He then went into details about a plan of action, that would fit our needs. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about home building and structural engineering and integrity. We found Jonathan to be extremely honest and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to use Foundation Recovery Systems On small or extremely complex foundation issues.

I stopped one of the foundation recovery trucks going past my house to look at my driveway. Travis Stevens looked at it and gave me an estimate. He sent me the estimate via email to confirm. I asked him for three references and he said he would get them to me--nothing for a week. I asked again, and he apologized as he "thought" he had gotten back to me--WARNING #1. He then said his company doesn't give out references to protect their customers????? WARNING # 2 This sounds like a scam company to me NOT getting my business Travis Stevens By the way, had to give them a star in order to post--true review is zero stars

For about the first time in my life, I’m having a hard time finding the words to describe how fantastic the crew was that did our work from Foundation Recovery Systems. These three guys were the gold standard for workmanship, kindness, project knowledge, and customer service. They are a real fine in today’s workforce, and should probably be teaching everyone else what they do, as they are that excellent! Seriously. Luke H., Kole S., and Cam D. are the epitome of hard work, attention to detail, and superb communication with the customer. They are the best we have seen, and we have seen alot! Please kindly thank them from our family to yours. You get what you pay for, folks, and we got the BEST! Thank you!!!
