  Every time we call Pro Service they arrive promptly, we have had them arrive within the hour on calls in the past. They have always been the nicest and most professional group. We’ve used them for 5 years now and have 0 complaints. Ken has serviced all of our plumbing and he stands behind his work. We don’t allow shoes in the home and they always wear boot covers coming in and out of the house which a major plus for me. Great company highly recommend for all your home needs!

  I have a very old house in Sainte Genevieve, Missouri, and everything was old on it. My bathtub faucet was also broken, and so was my sink faucet. I also had tons of leaking/corroded galvanized and copper plumbing downstairs so ProService definitely had their work cut out for them. First and foremost Morgan is an absolute doll! She’s very sweet, and super easy to talk to. When going over everything that needed to be done she throughly explained the process and costs. As for Eddie and the crew that went about fixing everything, I haven’t met a nicer and more professional group of people in a long time. They made sure I understood what was going on, and what they were going to do to fix it. They managed to replace all my fixtures and pipes to PEX, and fix my faucets in 1 day! They also never seemed like they were trying to upsell me and tell me that I needed to get a bunch of extra stuff or anything that I didn’t HAVE TO HAVE! From now on I will ONLY use proservice for any of my plumbing needs, but I also plan on getting some electrical work done soon as well. So from the bottom of my heart/review thank you proservice and if you’re reading this wondering if they’re a good company or not. I say Yes 1000times. Give em a shot!

  Absolutely FANTASTIC experience with Proservice! We had our hot water heater go out and spent a week waiting on a home warranty services that was useless. I made one call to Proservice on a late Friday afternoon (AND Country Days weekend at that!) and they came out to assess it that afternoon. They quoted us while offering explanations on everything they were recommending. We ended up choosing them to do the service and again recieved superb response time. They were able to replace the hot water heater SAME DAY and then came back the following business day to install the additional water softener and water filtration system. Wonderful customer service from both the service technicians and Morgan! Not many companies operate with integrity anymore but within just a few moments on the phone with Morgan and I had no doubt she did. So very glad we went with that feeling.

  Had water in the basement from condensation building up from the hvac system. They got someone over here very quickly. Ken came out and was very personable, friendly, and explained things clearly. He blew out the line and then suggested a follow up with the hvac side (he was on the plumbing side), just to make sure no water damage was done to the furnace system. I felt complete confidence in him and didn't feel like I was being overcharged at all. I will be using them again.
