- JRJim RayJul 26, 20261.033k windows in wrong place. Was told on delivery that it would be taken care of. Month and a half later building company maintenance man don't answer or call back. Happens to be beyond cousin. Told by willow lake shed they are putting crew together no word back. I need 3 more sheds and it's not going to be business with them. Sad

The shed has been delivered and they have come back to fix the minor things that need to be fixed, such as leveling and minor maintenance. A very good experience. We will definitely purchase from them again for future needs! Highly recommended. Thank you!

If you disagree with them then they will just block you and delete your comment so they look good on Facebook for everyone. I would NEVER recommend these people to ANYBODY. 1 star is too many… 0/5 stars, worst customer service! See pictures attached of a $23k build of theirs… $23,000!

The project was quoted at 5–6 weeks and is now at 16 weeks, despite an $11,500 deposit being paid upfront. There has been no clear explanation for the extended delay, no firm completion date provided, and the decision to subcontract the work to someone who does not specialize in kennel construction has resulted in noticeable quality concerns. As the contracted builder, the timeline, subcontracting decisions, and workmanship all fall under your responsibility. Is this the kind of quality and professionalism $23,000 gets a customer? What is your immediate plan to correct these issues and bring the project to completion?
