- KWKaren WiseJul 6, 20264.0They showed up within and hour of calling and topped off our coolant to get our system working again. $170 fee for visit and diagnostic(which included spraying out the outside unit) doesn't go toward the repair fees, but again- knowledgeable, quick and courteous service person. Definitely spoke about updating system as most people do. I would call them again. I would have given 5 ☆ if the service call had been applied to the repair cost.

There were some slightly cheaper quotes but they were brands that I’ve never heard of before. They were able to get here very quickly, showed up on time and went right to work. They installed both a new furnace and AC unit in approximately 3-4 hours. Very professional crew that were pleasant, knowledgeable and quick as bunnies. Cleaned up everything and hauled everything away. A really great group of guys. Could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend their services.
