  We had two14 year old fans that were not working as designed in our family room. Called the store and had a certified electrician in our home a few days later. After a complete review of both units they were found to be unrepairable. We were invited to the store, treated like friends and picked out new units with great warranty on each. A week later same great electrician was back and installed the fans and used our old light kits so we had the same look in the room. He even took the time to rewire our wall switch and outlet which were not functioning before his visit. It is always best to have a trained professional do even the ‘easy’ tasks when you want it done right.

  Use an Electrician not this place!! Charged $475 to replace a ceiling fan. What a ripoff. Hire an Electrician, it will be $200 or less. I guess the new owner has never been in this industry before. He did not even understand how my light switches worked. I had one for the fan and a three-way for the light switch. I said what do I do now that I have light switches that don’t do anything? He’s gonna tell me like I was crazy. I said I don’t want light switches on my walls if they don’t work He replied well what else would you put there? I said a Blank plate and that I have to hire an electrician now. He also clearly doesn’t know his Products because he told me he does not work with Alexa, but it does. Also, I asked if I could have two remotes and he said no and I clearly saw online that I can.

  From what I was told the store is under a new owner. The store is fine however The fan installer/repair person who comes out is the new owner. He is either sadly mistaken or a Lier. He told me our voltage was too high at 124.1V and fluctuating too much when he turned the garbage disposal off and on between 124.1 and 120.5 Completely misleading and wrong !! He also said our Breaker box was FRIED and it would be 7,700.00 to replace it. He also charged us 1,000.00 to repair the fan he came out to fix!! and tried to put the fear of god into my wife that our house could burn down. He charged us 1,000.00 to come out and fix our ceiling fan. Parts needed light kit and 2 transmitters He also charged 225.00 to give us the ridicules 7,700. bid to replace a breaker box. None of his paper work or recipes even had the company name on it looked like a generic notepad with scribble. After getting another bid of 2,500.00 to replace the breaker box That was not fried just old and ready to be updated. The electrician said the fan repair parts and labor should have been about 300.00 totally took advantage of my wife. Also is Dan's fans owner /repair man even a licensed electrician? PLEASE BEWARE !!
