  So some genius decided to get Windows from these guys over a decade ago and before we moved in. I do mean genius because all these years later and they are still covered under their warranty. We had a storm come through and it punched small holes in the plastic around the glass, and even though I knew where the windows came from I didn't know they were under a warranty still. We actually had another company come out and measure the windows and they had a quote for over $12,000. Mainly because these aren't their windows so they would have to do a complete gut job of the windows and replace the frames and everything. So I called window world and they had me go around and open all the windows and take pictures of all of the serial numbers of the windows. You could tell by the order of serial numbers that they were all put in numerically. So even though one sticker was missing all these years later because of the order we knew what the number was already. We spent just over $500 and had 11 sashes replaced. I was really aggravated on the front end because I was hoping that I would just call and then someone would come out and do all of the photo taking and noting of serial numbers. Obviously that part is super easy and there is no need to waste their time even if I was willing to spend the money for an initial consultation.

  Window World was highly recommended to us. We trusted our friend but still wanted to verify. From the time we met the salesman to the time we signed the the completion papers we were blown away. Every person we came into contact with from office personnel, to the salesforce, to the installers,to the senior management went above and beyond to give not good customer service but excellent customer service. The installers were phenomenal. There were several issues due to the fact our home was built in the eighties. They worked to correct the issues explaining everything to us as the day went on . I am proud to say my windows and doors exceeded my expections. I will continue to highly recommend Window World.

  I bought my windows about 11year ago. The kitchen window didn't not want to stay up. I called and they came and it was no charge . Thank you for being a good company. I strongly recommend this company . Thank you

  The work was done professionally and well. Staff were friendly, efficient and meticulous in their work. I've bought windows from Window World & it's an excellent product!

  Had 12 windows done in less then 3 hours. Only 3 guys. One out, one put in & sprayed insulation & last one wrapped & sealed them. Told me even what product to for cleaning them. I would of given a 5. But I found they stooped on my lillies. They didn't tell me about the ants in one window seal. Found that on my own.
