  From booking the first appointment through installation was a great experience. The sales process is transparent and straightforward unlike any other of the four companies I received quotes from. They also offered a top notch financing option that no one else provided. When the crew came to put in the 26 window on my two story duplex, they were able to do it all in one day, cleaned up after themselves and left me with beautiful windows. Also, the were friendly, kind to my fur babies and respectful of my property. I am so delighted with the experience and would highly recommend them.

  We have had our new windows a little over a month. WOW! WOW! WOW! We absolutely LOVE them. Our old windows were so heavy and difficult to open and close. These windows slide open and closed sooo easily. It’s no longer a chore to open up the house in pleasant weather. Our salesman, Jason, was fantastic. The installers were great. The whole experience couldn’t be better. The price was in our budget. On a scale of 1-10, we would give a 15 rating!!! Window World is AMAZING!!!

  Got my sliding glass door replaced recently, my dad had used window world for the windows a few years ago, and they had all the information saved still which was nice because the new door matches. They were also very kind and communicative, as well as being rather prompt with installation, it was because of a cancellation but they got my install scheduled the day after they got my door in. Definitely worth the cost, and we’ll be coming back to them whenever we decide it’s time to replace the last few windows and sliding door out back

  I have been a very pleased customer of Window World for over 15 years. We had our entire home renovated with high-quality vinyl insulated siding and 36 high-performance windows, all installed with precision and care. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. Both installation teams were professional, friendly, patient, and highly attentive to detail. It is difficult to find a company today that consistently delivers the level of craftsmanship and quality workmanship that Window World and its crews provide. With periodic power washing and window cleaning, our home still looks like new after all these years. Choosing Window World for their quality products, strong warranty, integrity,and exceptional customer service was one of the best decisions I have made for my home. I highly recommend them to anyone considering exterior home improvement projects.   I would reccomend Window World for replacement window. They are very pleasant to deal with and with low pressure sales. Crews were prompt. They showed up when they said they would. Installation crew were able to complete the installation in less than a day. When the job was completed we checked each installed window and the installer took the time to explain window operation and maintenance (we had 3 different types of windows). When the job was done they cleaned up and left the job site spotless! Awesome experience!!
