  My experience with Window world has been excellent. Every single person I’ve met with or talked to has been helpful. The day of my install was probably the hottest day of the year and my installers were so hardworking and kind, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. They answered all of my questions and helped make everything look perfect when it was all done. My new windows look amazing!!

  Baring manufacturing, which took 2 months, and 2 rain delays that pushed the total time to 3 months, installation was great! The installers called before arriving, showed up on time, cut out the old door and put in the new one without a problem, sealed the edges better than the old door was, and everything only took 1 hour. I was very impressed!

  Our landlord had hired a team from Window World and they worked with such professionalism and efficiency. They did 4 windows so quickly and they look amazing! Joan de Dios even helped me with my blinds and it was a huge help since I couldn’t reach them and didn’t have a ladder at home. 10/10 would recommend! We love our windows and can’t wait to get the other few in our apartment replaced. 5 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I bought my in 2023 with all new upstairs windows replaced along with a large slider glass door. The previous homeowner had all this work done. One day I noticed in the laundry area at the bottom of the wood paneling that it was kind of pushed out in the corner at the floor. So I started a little section of panel removal only to find a large amount of water damaged wood behind it. I then proceeded to remove more and more paneling and uncovered a massive amount of water damaged wood. The jack studs damaged. The rough sill completely separated from the jack studs with rusted nails. The sheathing behind the siding completely separated from the framing. I had reps from the company come out in 2024 to tell me it was most likely termite damage. So I got ten years of Rottler paperwork from my friend and previous owner that had it treated for everything since him and his family moved in. Had Rottler come out to inspect it to verify it wasn’t termites. And it’s not. He then proceeded to tell me it was pre existing water damages. If it’s pre existing and you hung a window on it, it would be the companies failure to properly evaluate the structure and put a window on pre existing damages. Since it was deemed pre existing where is the documentation in the paperwork showing that they brought this to the previous owners attention. This family paid a good amount to trust window world with their biggest investment and window world failed. Now it’s my biggest investment and I get stuck with the sinking window because proper measures weren’t taken. Do better and hire competent people window world. I need this fixed.
