He removed some vines from the unit, cleaned it, found the major problem, repaired that and did a diagnostic to determine if there was anything else fixable on my ancient unit to keep it running.

They creatively adjusted what the home builder left us with and added value with new lines to support a more comfortable space after the rest of the remodeling work is completed.
- SWStephen WebbAug 27, 20265.0Aaron phoned me just as he was leaving to come to our address (I really appreciate that), and he came in to the church to see the problem area. Why should a floor carpet be soggy wet? How did the plaster wall become damp and the paint surface deteriorate? We discussed the 'known knowns'. We began to locate the sites where the condensate hose ran through four walls, and then down to a pump. Kinked in places which I missed seeing because they were in darkened areas and not visible. Aaron spent the right time to diagnose the problem then went about locating the various parts to make his repair work properly. By the end of his work, he and I followed the lines, listened for the pump to kick on, and determined that the repair was done very well. Thanks, Aaron, for a quality repair to an intricate job.

They sent a very knowledgeable tech super polite and professional. He replaced our capacitor. In a short time the tech had us nice and cool again. Highly recommend Missouri Furnace.
