  Excellent routine A/C maintenance service! Aaron was on time, professional, and thorough. He made sure everything was running efficiently and gave me easy suggestions to help keep everything working great. Great experience—I highly recommend Missouri Furnace and Air Conditioning!

  Aaron was awesome - I called because my AC wasn’t cooling as well as it should’ve, and he came and quickly identified the problem in under 2 minutes. He walked me through the process and explained what was happening and answered all the questions I had. He was super friendly and there was no pushiness to do a subscription (but I did do it because he explained the benefits and they are well worth it). If you’re looking for HVAC help, look no further. My AC runs beautifully now.

  This company is awesome!! Called because AC wasn't working. They put my furnace in over 8 years ago, and all I had was the owners phone #. The owner, whose retired now, offered to come out, if he couldn't get a man out in a half hour. Less than a half hour and I got a call from Bob, that he was on his way. In less than an hour he had my AC up and running. Professional, customer oriented and reasonably priced!! Thank you Mo Furnance & AC & Bob!!

  As the weather has gotten hotter, the AC in my home had been struggling more and more, and our indoor temperature was creeping into the 80s. After some investigation, I realized the outdoor unit was covered in debris and needed a thorough cleaning. I cleaned it myself, but then ran into trouble getting everything back together correctly. After spending several frustrating hours trying to fix it on my own (I even have the cuts on my arm to prove it!), I knew I needed professional help. Since this happened after hours, I had to call an emergency service line and hope for the best. I'll be honest—I contacted 4 or 5 different companies before making a decision. I'm very glad I chose Missouri Furnace and Air Conditioning. From the start, the experience was outstanding. When I called, I spoke with a real person instead of a prompt or AI service. Bri was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. She took my information, and within 20 minutes Bob called me. About 30 minutes later, he was at my house. Bob was exceptional. His communication, friendliness, knowledge, and expertise immediately stood out. Within just a couple of minutes, he knew exactly what needed to be done and got right to work. He quickly resolved the issue and got everything back up and running. When the weather is brutally hot and something breaks, you need a team you can trust to get the job done right. I highly recommend Bob and Missouri Furnace and Air Conditioning. I've already saved their number in my phone so I know exactly who to call if I ever need help again. Thank you again, Bob!
