- DEDebra Ehret2 days ago5.0They are great, the tech was polite and very helpful and of course very honest! Didn't get washer fixed it was the transmission and would of cost 500.00 so I chose not to fix. And buy a new one. But paid 85.00 for service charge.

I have never had to worry about repairs in my life because my ex took care of all these types of issues himself or would deal with getting repairs. Midwest Appliance has been so helpful and when Daniel Simone came out to perform diagnostic and repair of my dishwasher, he went above and beyond and I feel completely comfortable calling them if another appliance repair is needed going forward. Very thorough, took time to explain, could have taken advantage of me but was completely transparent, made a quick fix and gave me a guarantee. I really thought I would end up with a crazy bill or told my dishwasher was going to have to be replaced. I was pleasantly surprised
