  William was great from the minute I walked in the showroom! He asked about our needs and made recommendations. Constant communication throughout the entire process! Definitely will be back when we have to replace other rooms in our home!

  I would highly recommend Michaels Flooring for all of your flooring needs. My experience with them has been great! Larry from Dardenne Prairie guided me every step of the way. He listened to me on what I wanted done, helped me pick out 3 different flooring types to be installed, kept me posted on the install team and followed up to make sure I was happy with my new floors. My install team was Isaiah and Lucas which I highly recommend! The install went perfectly. They installed all 3 types of flooring with no issues. A very professional and courteous team.

  Michael's Flooring installed sheet vinyl in my new basement bathroom and it looks fabulous! Sonny and Mario worked their magic with custom cuts that I thought would be impossible. With precision and patience they filled the space perfectly with no seams; the room was more than 20’ long with multiple doorways, paths, and closets - I honestly do not know how they were able to do it. I would like to call out that floor leveling was never in the conversation with Sales but during installation Sonny insisted it be used as “under certain lighting conditions floor imperfections would be noticeable”. I trusted Sonny and he was right, and the flooring looks perfect!! And there was no additional charge, it was just something they did when needed. Trust their many years of experience! I also want to mention an observation on mentoring. I have years of experience with formal and informal mentoring programs and respect how Sonny helped train his staff; his mannerisms, confidence, and ability to communicate impress me. This job was more complex than usual and Sonny utilized the opportunity to better his staff. Great work Sonny! Michael’s Flooring has my future business and I highly recommend them for your project, too.

  It was great to work with Larry and Pete in the sales office. They didn’t hesitate to answer any questions that I had. I did a lot of research and obtained several bids and found their price was very reasonable. The subcontractor and his crew did a fantastic job on my floors! I would highly recommend Michael’s for your LVP flooring needs.
