  Promptly helped upon entering Dardenne Prairie store in April. Placed order for carpet for newly purchased home. Carpet was back-ordered but arrived and was professionally installed yesterday. Looks amazing and was certainly worth the wait.

  The installation crew was AMAZING! They did a fantastic job. The only negative I have to report is that the quarter round used is pressed wood with paper layer with wound print. Extremely cheeply made and will most likely look like a disaster in a year. Cost $147 for 3 pieces....an 80% mark up compared to what solid wood quarter round costs at hardware stores.

  Second project completed for me by Michael's Flooring. Solid experience from start to finish. I knew exactly what I wanted, so ordering/scheduling was straight forward. Within a couple weeks we had installers out who arrived on time and did an excellent job. All in all, a great experience and I would do business with them again.
