  Ever since the first phone call it went down hill fast one guy comes out and says one thing then another guy comes out tells you something else five six hundred dollars later nothing works and they want more money fix it then what they said in the first place will not recommend

  First of all, I would recommend this company based solely off of customer service alone. I called for an estimate on a Friday morning, and by Friday afternoon I had somebody there working it up. Very professional, they were not pushy salespeople and they explained in depth the pros and cons of each unit they were selling. After purchasing, within a few days, they were prompt with arriving at 8 o’clock in the morning and stayed all day until the work was complete. Very knowledgeable staff. I would recommend them for any HVAC job, big or small. I added a few photos, but don’t have one of the outside unit. I had EcoPro install a new efficient gas furnace along with a new efficient air conditioning and cold weather heat pump.

  I highly recommend Eco Pro for your next HVAC project. Due to unfortunate events I needed new A/C units, gas lines and furnaces. EcoPro technicians were able to get me on schedule pretty quickly. They conducted a very thorough walk through and provided an accurate estimate of materials and labor (no surprises). On install day technicians showed up on time and were able to get all units, gas lines and furnaces installed in a timely manner. Very professional company, I would absolutely contact them again.

  This company is incredible! They responded immediately, sent a gentleman to our home to assess our cooling system. He did a thorough analysis, offered many options for us to choose from. After we made our choice, Steven put us in the schedule and it was installed in 24 hours. Cameron and Alex did an exceptional job. We really can’t say enough about their service. We highly recommend!!
