  We looked at number of options for our main floor replacement. We went to the Michael's flooring as it had a very good reviews and supported by crews that were more consistently professional than big box stores. Our visit to Michael's finished with us taking home big samples of flooring to look how it would work with our house, with Michael being our initial guide and helper . After we selected the one that liked the most we got it quoted, worked with them to adjust certain items and proceeded with the project after we all agreed on the final quote. Work started even earlier than we expected, we got crew with Renato and David who were very professional and were trying to make our lives as easy as possible while they were working at our house. We had to change original work plan as we had concrete floor under the wooden upper level that being replaced and it wasn't originally taken into account. Peter was very proactive in making the changes to the plan, adjusting estimates and including base boards replacement work and materials. It was all done in 3 days instead of the week, and there was an extensive work involved in removing old floors. We were always in communications with Michael's when needed and all of them, including Dennis and Laurie were very helpful. We also got to really like Renato, our installation crew captain, what has a very nice personality and keen attention to details. After main work was completed we found a few minor things that needed to be addressed and he would come very quickly and go far and beyond to make things right. He would even suggest something that we wouldn't even thought of. It was really nice to have it done before school year started and we'll be very busy again with everything. So big kudos to Michael's staff and Renato!

  Outstanding result overall. Dennis made the selection process very easy and the installation crew led by Isaiah far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Michael’s for all flooring needs.

  Great experience across the board. I filled out a request online, then visited in person. Dennis helped me pick out carpet for an office. They are not sales-y at all, instead helpful and aiming to give you all of your options. They even came out and installed my carpet several weeks ahead of the predicted wait time. Prices are good, and the quality of the install was excellent. I will be using them for all future carpet.

  Salesman was extremely helpful throughout entire process. We had multiple challenges due to many projects occurring simultaneously and he was attentive and not overbearing the whole time. We are anxiously awaiting receipt of our products and very excited to see our transformation!

  I have nothing but good things to say about Michael’s. Our salesman Michael was terrific and spent lots of time with us going over the different options and the pricing of the various manufacturers. We had two different installation crews. The first crew tore out the old linoleum flooring in the foyer and kitchen and installed the new Luxury Vinyl in those two rooms along with the dining room and living room. That crew worked hard and finished the job in two days. Then the next crew came in and tore out the old carpeting and installed the new in four bedrooms, the hallway, and the basement family room and stairs. It took two more days. Both crews moved the furniture and took great care in putting it back where they got it. There were a couple of minor issues that arose during the install but the crew made the necessary adjustments with no complaints. After the installs, both crews did an excellent job cleaning up. I have to say that this 5 star rating is well deserved and I would recommend Michael’s to anyone looking for new flooring.
