  After dealing with a few bad contractors recently, Michael’s Flooring was a breath or fresh air so to speak. Our experience was wonderful! From our sales guy Denis, to our installers (especially Marco and his manager) everything was made so easy. From the start they were up front about everything and truly seemed to understand our budget and needs. You can definitely tell care and quality were assured during the entire processes. Our new flooring looks so beautiful, and I am very pleased with the quality of it! I would definitely recommend them, and will be using them again the next time we need flooring work done!

  Fantastic!!! I can't say enough great things about Michael's Flooring Outlet! Major kudos to Dennis, Sonny, Mario, and Rubin! They worked tirelessly to make sure that my new kitchen floor was perfect and exactly what I expected and wanted. Dennis helped me select the best flooring option for my kitchen (high traffic). He was extremely attentive and answered all questions. I could tell he truly wanted his customer to be pleased. Sonny, Mario, and Rubin worked all day for 3 days to do the perfect installation. I would tell anybody who is looking to replace a floor in their home to call Michael's Flooring Outlet and to specially request Dennis (Creve Coeur). He will make sure you have the right choice. Definitely request Sonny, Mario, and Rubin to install your new floor - you WON'T be sorry!! They're AWESOME!!

  We started with Michaels flooring for multiple flooring jobs after the flooding of our home. Mike and others at the Creve Coeur Location were amazing. Polite courteous and patient as the fielded multiple questions and visits from me. They answered all my questions clearly and put my mind at ease. All their installers--carpet and wood--were very good as well. On time, trustworthy and very good at their job. Michaels flooring worked with me so that their work and work from other contractors could be finished in proper sequence. I must have a shout out for Marcio who refinished our wood floor. He and his crew were superbly thorough in their work, punctual, kept in touch with me daily since we were out of the house, and at the end when I had questions, his answers clearly indicated to me that they really cared for their work and the end product. I don't get this feeling often from people but I did so this time!! Thanks Mike, Laurie and Marcio. Appreciate all your help in finishing our project.
