  Maris just finished a second project for us in 9 months - the first a compete bathroom remodel and the second a tear down and build of a 14x26 deck(off first floor with walk out basement). Both projects were well organized from the beginning - all phases of the work were performed at the time they said they would be. All work was performed in the most efficient, professional and clean manner - at the end of the day everything was picked up, cleaned and organized. Everything was completed to the finest of detail and perfection. There were multiple team members that performed the deck build - from 2 to 6 on any given day. The team was extremely organized; therefore, efficient - everyone knew their part of the job - again, a well coordinated effort. From start to finish this project was totally completed (with no loose ends) in four days - amazing. The project was the talk of the neighborhood - neighbors on both sides of us could not believe what they witnessed since their decks (both the same size as ours) replaced recently, took several weeks. We highly recommend Maris for any improvement project - from sales, project manager to workman, they take pride in doing quality work. Doing what they say they will do, when they say they will do it!   This company was professional and responsive, including the president (Paul) who was available when needed. The deck is beautiful and the work completed quickly. I would certainly use this company again.

  We contracted with Maris Home Improvements to replace our original wooden decks that were about 13 years old, and install composite decking. We had three decks redone, a 10'x10', a 12'x 10' and a 12' x 20' all three at the second level above ground. We were most impressed with the proffessionalism of the construction crew, their attention to details, and complete cleanup of the job site when done. The initial visit with Maris' consultant, prior to the work, was informative, easy going and the consultant was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Maris Home Improvements for your decking needs.

  The gentleman that did the fence were exceptional. I will say the only disappointment was the lack of communication from the office to the consumer. I believe that this is something that needs to be worked on.
