  A/C stopped working during 98 degree heat wave. I figured it was going to be a couple days to get a tech out. Neighbor referred Fresh Air to us. Tried calling after hours and found I could set appointment online. To my surprise there was appointment available for the next morning 8-12 timeframe. Received confirmation email and text confirming the appointment and update texts when the tech was on his way to our house along with the technician’s name. Mike B was very professional and great about explaining the situation and answering questions I had. Highly recommend Mike and Fresh Air heating and cooling. Great experience.

  My AC stopped working and fresh air responded immediately and got a guy out to my house before it got too hot. Dan was an amazing tech and was really helpful and easy to work with. Great response time and amazing service. Thank you Fresh Air!

  Jim was great to work with and was there every step of the purchase and installation process. Jim kept us informed and quickly answered our questions and provided solutions to all installation challenges. Doug and crew performed a great job installing our system. The extra effort toward superior customer service was very much noticed and appreciated. We highly recommend Fresh Air for your next heating and cooling needs.

  Technician Dan Baumann showed up quickly & was very professional. He took the time to explain & discuss options on the restoration of my Trane a/c unit. He was even patient with our barking dog who was simply doing his job to protect us. Dan successfully installed a new capacitor. Thank you, Dan!

  We've been using Fresh Air since we moved into our home - about 1 1/2 years. Whenever they are here they are able to complete their work quickly and efficiently. Every interaction I have with the company - front office to service techs - is professional and friendly. I also think the price is reasonable for the service they provide. Yesterday, our A/C upstairs unit stopped blowing cold air. We realized it in the early evening and I called with the expectation that I'd be able to leave a message and get a call back first thing in the morning. I was surprised that my call was answered (about 8pm) and we booked an appointment for the next morning! I learned that they have an answering service for after hour calls. I've never had another home services company who does that. Seriously, they're great and I highly recommend them.
