  Service was fine but not happy fees. Used the products listed on your unit you installed and that is what caused the problem

  Today we had a minor problem with our outside air conditioning unit and Mike came and fixed it in no time and was very gracious and we appreciate what he did thank you so much.

  My AC went out. My parents recommended Fresh Air and I was very pleased with their service. The technician, Mike, went above and beyond to inquire about my warranty on my behalf and ensure my system was tuned-up and running. Stephanie was very kind to me on the phone and Mike did a great job. I highly recommend Fresh Air.

  Been a Fresh Air customer for over a decade and will continue to be one. Today a tech helped us with a struggling AC unit. After a 5 minute check he told us it was just a capacitor. The tech informed us the part was under a warranty I didn’t realize we had. They also tell you about their membership program but don’t try to sell it to you (it is a good deal so got it again). Have used Fresh Air multiple times and it’s been 5 out of 5 service each time for real.

  Had a technician arrive within 90 minutes after reporting that the ac unit was not working at a rental property. Very hot day in St Louis and the tenants were very thankful, as we were, with getting it fixed so quickly.
