  Avoid this fraud of a company. They shipped out my product, but only half of the parts list was shipped. Then, they refused to ship the other parts, and then refused to let me return it. So I am stuck with 1/2 of a product that is useless. I am going to have to dispute this with my credit card company. Avoid this company at all costs.

  Ordered online ,shipped to store. I went to pick it up week later. A hour away, Was told they didn't hold it and thats how it is. I said I didn't get that in the email. Nothing said a time limit to when I had to have it picked up by. But the smartass behind the counter said there was a time. Also said I wasn't charged. Which was another lie. I was charged. Just like the last 3 times I bought something there. One time online I got charged and notified that the item was not available. To the owner don't bother to comment about making it right. That appears to be your standard reply. Making it right is not in your wheelhouse.

  Went in for their tool sale. Found a drill set they had marked for 59.95. Went to buy and they tried charging 160. I showed them their price tag that showed 59.99 and they admitted that it was the right model but they wouldn't sell for that price. A So if they have a price make you sure check it beforeyou pay. They definitely will try to screw you over. Now I have to call corporate and let them know how the Chesterfield store opperates

  Signed up for their emails and now I get them EVERYDAY. What is wrong with companies? Once or twice a week is enough. I unsubscribed and now will forget them because they got too annoying.
