  I’m very disappointed with this company. I had a 6 gallon water heater that needed replacing. They wanted $2,800.00 if they bought the water heater. And $1,800.00 if I bought it. I priced a 6 gallon water heater and Lowe’s sells them for $329. I’m a veteran so I would have gotten 10% off. And to top things off they want me to pay a service call of $133.00????? A estimate should be free???? Will never call them again. I would give them negative stars. Can’t believe they try to rip people off like this.

  Technician was on time, good communication before arrival. Listened to my explanation, thought he knew what the problem was, and took the time to test several possibilities. Fixed the issue, cleaned up and gave me some things to watch for. Was a very pleasant interaction. Will use them again.

  I would definitely recommend Paschal Service! I called to get my air condition fixed since it wasn’t working and they came out the same day. Michael knew where to look and was able to identify the issue as well as fix it right away. Michael is very professional, patient, knowledgeable, positive. personable, and a great listener. Please call Pascal for any of your HAVAC and plumbing needs!

  Let me restate not a 5 now a 1. Cwrat mame home 24 hrs later, water in vent, not cooling. Only had 24 hours and pd big money and this is what I got. Now I have to wait ,til Monday morning and between now and then sweat. Thank you for this.
