  Yesterday, Corey Eoff came and evaluated my shower, sink, and garbage disposal. He gave me an estimate for the work to be done and we scheduled the next day for service. Today, Rick Lawson and Dustin Badgett came and did the installation. All three of these men were exceptional! They were very professional, courteous, answered all my questions patiently, explained everything they were doing step-by-step. They also took the time to explain how to use these new things. They also told me to not hesitate to contact them with any issues. They were very tidy. Used floor coverings and shoe covers to not track in any dirt or mud from the rain. I felt confident in their abilities and this brought a lot of peace of mind.

  Jorge is an outstanding technician. He’s professional, courteous, mindful of our property, and very knowledgable. He explains things in a way that I can understand. I would highly recommend Jorge with Paschal HVAC.

  Evan did a great job replacing our broken condensation pump on our HVAC system. He was very thorough in his inspection verifying that the canister had a hairline crack that was causing a leak. He checked the unit over and cleaned build up out of the drain pipe that was missed on our last maintenance check. He was very personable and explained everything that he was checking and doing. Thank you, Evan!

  The automated reminder a day before was good enough for the heads up but not annoying. Chris did a great job on the service call and explained the status clearly. It is good to know the system is running well going in to the winter season.

  We had Evan Hite come out and take care of our problem. He was extremely professional and courteous. Evan explained potential issues before diagnosing. He asked me about going a steps further with maintenance and how it would help for the future. Very down the earth, very practical, and relatable. In my background with managing customer service, I can tell you that good help is hard to find. You’ve found someone that is trustworthy and represents Paschal well. I spent money to get my problem resolved and didn’t feel like he was going through the motions. He had a true want to take care of the problem. Without a doubt, he exceeded my expectations. Kudos to Evan….you need more like him. Thank you, Danny Hale
