  Michael was very knowledgeable, diligent, took my unit apart to find a leak that was not located. The cost to locate a leak was 300.00 something - BELIEVE ME HE WAS THOROUGH - the company is overcharging - already making money off the service charge - Michael's wages ALONE should be the price for locating a leak...732.26 IS ALOT OF MONEY FOR THIS SINGLE INCOME... I have two sinks, both leaking, I had planned on getting at least one repaired - BUT there is no way I could afford these repairs through your company - I'm going to have to chance unprofessionals - I TRUST THE LORD !

  Evan with Paschal's Carthage MO Branch did a spectacular job getting the HVAC system at one of our properties fully operational which now performs spectacularly. Evan called prior to his scheduled early morning arrival. Evan was highly professional, knowledgeable and very thorough ensuring our HVAC system was 100% efficient and operating correctly.   I got my kitchen sinks drained which after watching him. I could have done by myself. It cost 149.00 to have that done but he didn't have the snake to make sure everything sink and pipe related would work. To get the guy that had the snake tool it would be over $300 more. And it wouldn't have been that same day, I declined. Nice, but not thorough.

  I have been so impressed with Paschal and their service. I was able to get an appointment in one day from when I spoke with them. They followed up with a reminder call the day of the appointment, and also called to let me know the technician was running late due to another appointment taking longer than expected. I so appreciate being kept apprised of what is going on. Once the technician arrived, he went through everything he found and discussed it detail with me. There was no pressure on purchasing. I was given three quotes on the work to be completed to decide what I wanted to do. Again, I am very impressed with their service and will continue using Paschal in years to come.

  Jorge was incredibly informative, kind, and compassionate throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain my options clearly, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for his customers truly stood out. If I decide to have Pascal install a new air conditioning and heating system in my home, it will be because of Jorge’s expertise, honesty, and exceptional salesmanship.
