- JHjason harpoleAug 21, 20265.0Kevin was very proficient in his work after looking at the generator he fixed the issue. I've had power ever since. He also put a capacitor on my central unit so it wouldn't pull so hard when the ac kicked on. He even stayed for a while to make sure it stayed running. Excellent service and a very friendly technician. Would have him work on my generac anytime. He went above and beyond even though he could visibly see I was frustrated. I really enjoyed the experience. 5 stars and more.
- GSGail SikesAug 17, 20261.0Greg found the problem, a "controller" was out on Generac, he replaced it. The storm and rain had moved on so he didn't have to work out in the bad weather that took our electric out. The electric came back on an hour later, while he was working on the Generac, so the Generac wasn't actually used. I'm disappointed with the Generac. We purchased it on 07/30/2025 and a storm took our electric out that night. The Generac started up but went back off right away, I called the 800# but no one came out. I had to call from a neighbors land line as the cell phone towers were also knocked out. I'm on oxygen and purchased the Generac for this reason. If I hadn't had back up oxygen tanks, I would have had to go to ER/ED and paid for their assistance as well. Had something been done on 07/30/2025, this would not have been an issue on 08/17/2026. I had to use my tank oxygen for both power outages.
