  He found the problem that we're having and is having to order a part evidently this is not something that anybody carries in their truck he told me that it would be next week before the part would be in and he could get back here so he's doing his job and I appreciate it and hopefully it will get fixed quickly and we won't have a power outage before then thank you

  I started using Tri-State Water Power & Air to service my Briggs & Stratton 22,000W Standby Generator because unlike the last contractor I hired, Tri-State Water Power & Air have proven to be reliable, trustworthy, and fair. "Greg" was the name of the tech that they sent to my home for my annual inspection. I found Greg to be very "friendly", knowledgeable and sincere about doing a good job. He put in new oil, new the oil filter, new spark plugs AND replaced the battery with a new one! Even though the old battery was just over a year old! He also shut down the commercial power to make sure the generator would automatically startup. Which it did in exactly 10 seconds! One of the important things that I noticed and very much appreciated was the concern, care and effort Greg was taking not to spill any oil on my concrete platform! And if you ever had oil, get into your concrete, you already know what a problem removing it can be. If you are like me and want your standby generator to keep running smooth just like it did when it was new, and a company that will be there when you need them, whenever it does happen. I strongly recommend that you contact Tri-State Water Power & Air first! And don't forget to ask for Greg!

  Greg was very professional. He contacted me and gave me an arrival time..He arrived to the minute. After I explained the situation he knew what the problem was. He replaced the faulty part, answered my questions, asked me to sign my name, and he was polite in his departure. Thanks, J.B.

  He took the time and serviced my softener properly and insured it was in perfect working condition before he left. He was very professional and explained every answer to my questions so that I could understand the process of how everything worked. This is the first time he’d been to my home, but didn’t seem like a stranger. Very polite, professional, and personable.

  Charles was the best technician that you guys have ever sent out. He's above anybody else he explained the equipment to it how it worked. He was very thorough very detailed. We'd like to make sure that he is the one that comes back whenever we have issues because we are on a three month check up for our system and we'd like to make sure that Charles is the one who comes thank you.
