  I can’t thank Troy enough at high bros. He went above and beyond in finding me a part for my daughter’s sliding glass door. He found the part, had it shipped to the store and it worked perfect! Thanks for all your help Troy!!!

  In today's world, it is really hard to find true "genuine" customer service. My husband was purchasing materials for a job that was above his head. Structural damage, where the kitchen was collapsing into the garage of my parents home. After discussing the situation with Troy, he went WAY above and beyond, driving to my Dad's house, counseling us on how to best fix the situation safely, and made sure that we were purchasing thousands of dollars in material that we ACTUALLY needed. He is a hero in our book! Incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and was looking out for our best interest to make sure we did not purchase a bunch of material that we did not need. Because of this experience, we are customers for life! You don't get that kind of service at big box stores! Thank you, Troy!

  Nothing good to say..tried to supply me with outdated glue. Complained they sent out more. And removed the dried up part that was on top. Still over a year out of date. This stuff costs like 230 bucks for 4 gallons. I could see first time being a mistake..but second time and removing dried up part the second time shows they knew and still tried to push it..could have been a huge problem if was used. I'll never buy anything from this place again....Bad deal
