  I needed basement flooring and didn't want to spend an arm & a leg because it's a basement. I went to Home Depot and wrote down some prices, tried to get someone to help me with no luck. Gave up and decided to pull into Flooring Galaxy in Brentwood just to see. I figured if they were too expensive, I'd just leave. Jeff was super helpful. He showed me floors in my price range and explained the pros and cons. Pricing was honestly in line with some of the options at the big box store but the service was infinitely better. Once it came time for the floors to be installed, the crew showed up on time, and they were quick and thorough and cleaned up afterward. It was a 10/10 experience. I'll for sure go straight there for my next project.

  I highly recommend locally-owned business, Flooring galaxy. The owner, Michael is knowledgeable about his products, came out personally to measure for flooring and delivered the wood himself. He is always available to answer questions and lend a hand. When we struggled to match the wood floor vents to the wood floor color, he recommended a professional (Austin) who did a marvelous job. He offers superior customer service that you won’t get at most places.
