Austin was awesome in checking out my heating and cooling system. He showed me excellent pictures of all my system and recommendations for things that need to be done. There was no pressure on theses recommendations but fully explained what I should do or not due. This is my second dealing with Paschal

This is the 2nd time Tony has been here and both times he's been nothing short of professional! I'm glad I signed up for their maintenance plan, very reasonably priced.

Jacob checked all of our sinks and toilets for leaks and other problems. He was very thorough. We are very happy with his service.

Matt was so helpful! He answered all of my questions, explained everything well, and was kind and professional. I was initially skeptical with Paschal, as I've been burned by one-stop-shop companies. However, I've utilized them for both HVAC and electric. So far, I'm very happy with their service, and plan to keep a contract with them as long as I'm in their service area.

Jordan was amazing. He was professional, considerate, and patient with all my questions. He took the time to understand what I need for my place instead of just assuming he knew. He went above and beyond on every level. Thank you, Jordan. I appreciate you! I look forward to this project and a few others with Pascal moving forward. The confirmation texts with technician pictures are the best! That gives me real peace of mind when I’m allowing a stranger into my home.
