Rarely write negative reviews but this company started out great then became extremely shady and dishonest . The 2 techs I met through the process were nice however they sent me a quote of $585 the week before and I agreed. I was then billed over $1K after completing the service. Appointment was supposed to start around noon I did not receive my plumber until 4-4:30. I really needed the repair so I approved the evening start. Due to several delays they did not finish until late in the evening. I was informed time would be adjusted and I would be billed appropriately for both the time/repairs. And to call the office if any issues with the bill came up. After receiving my bill, I realized I was not billed as discussed so I proceeded to call the office. That is where it went downhill. After calling to speak with someone about the bill I was told I was lying on their employees and that they never told me they would correct my bill. The guy on the phone ended up telling me this was a “he said she said situation” between me and the plumber? Which was very strange because why would either party need to lie especially if this is a professional company? The guy on the phone also insinuated I was trying to get free service. Because apparently trying to be billed correctly for the hours/repairs means you’re a scamming customer? They charge by the hour and now I’m wondering if they intentionally take up time for the bill to go up? Or intentionally show you a much lower quote to get you to sign the estimate? No idea, because I have hired plenty of plumbing companies over the years and NEVER had this issue with a plumbing company before or their fees. The person on the phone also kept reminding me that when you sign the estimate you are bound to all their terms . Read your contract carefully and know that if they cause damage, break something, or take longer than expected or maybe intentionally work slow you are still required to pay them their 180/hour and they are not liable for any of it. (As they so kindly kept reminding me on the phone) .

Had a leak under the kitchen sink. David and Dylan did an excellent job getting the job done. No more water drips to wipe up.
