Wrote this email to the territory manager this morning.
Hi Andrew,
My name is Adam Hawley, and I have a story I wanted to share with you about my experience with your staff this week.
I'm a busy guy, as I'm sure you are, and have been planning to do yard overseeding today for quite some time. Earlier this week, I called your store to reserve an overseeder. Although I live in Raymore, the phone tree routed me to Olathe. That's where I spoke to RJ, who helped me reserve a machine for a Friday pick up in the Belton store. She was SO great, I remember telling her "If everyone was as good at their job as you are, the world would be a better place."
Fast forward to yesterday, I went to pick it up, and that's where things temporarily went downhill. Turns out, RJ accidentally booked the machine for me to pick up in Olathe, and someone had taken Belton's only working machine to the Olathe store! This was a huge wrench into my well made plan... I had no time to go get the machine in Olathe, and as you know, you're closed on the weekends.
That's when Chrissi and Jerry jumped in to help me solve this problem. Jerry volunteered last night to go get the machine and bring it back to Belton. But yet again, I couldn't wait around for it last night due to a fundraising event I was supporting.
That's when Chrissi helped me coordinate with Dennis to meet me this morning at 7am so that I could get the machine. Disaster averted!
You should know that every single person I've worked with this week, RJ, Chrissi, Jerry, and Dennis, were unbelievably nice and helpful. All this for a $50 rental. I was so impressed I wanted to take the time to let you know.
I run a small financial planning business, and I deeply understand the importance of a great team. You, sir, should be proud.
