  Carl was an EXCEPTIONAL help today! Scheduled for a fall Tune up and was able to not only make recommendations but also educate me on my system while doing the job! While there were issues that required a follow up appointment he was very professional & punctual on next steps. Phenomenal customer service and very knowledgeable. Graham came out today to finish the fall Tune and was absolutely tremendous. Very well knowledgeable and professional. Huge shout and thank you Graham!

  Panic! On one of the super hot days my air went out and the people no used to use told me not unto the next day 12-4! My sister raved about this company so I gave them a call. Out the same day, had the part on the truck and was fixed in no time! The technician )Dylon) was super nice and explained everything. Didn’t try to up sell me and was nice to my dogs. I signed up for maintenance and the will be my go to company.

  Jerry Kelly has been taking care of my HVAC needs for the past four years, and they’ve consistently provided excellent service. Today, my AC was struggling to keep up, and Brandon came out, quickly isolated the issue to a bad capacitor, and got it repaired. My home is already cooling down as I type this. Jerry Kelly has a great team of professionals. Over four years, I’ve never had a bad technician or a bad experience. Brandon was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient today—exactly the kind of service I’ve come to expect from Jerry Kelly. Highly recommend them!

  We had such a great experience! He was extremely well priced, came out quickly, and had our AC fixed in no time. Everything has been running perfectly since. He even took the time to clean our unit and explain how to properly maintain it to keep it running well. Very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. We will definitely be using him again and highly recommend him to anyone needing heating or cooling services!

  We purchased our home in 2024, and the furnace and air conditioning system had been installed by Jerry Kelly in 2022 by the previous owner. We have been extremely disappointed with the reliability of both units. We moved into the home in October 2024, and by January 2025, the furnace stopped working. We contacted Jerry Kelly, and after spending over $800, they were able to repair it. Now, the compressor on our air conditioning has gone out as well. The original owner had the AC serviced before we moved into the home and we had it serviced again last year (which turned into a huge sales tactic), but we did not have it serviced this year. While I understand regular maintenance is important, I don’t feel that missing one year of service should result in an air conditioning system failing when it is only about four years old. We are frustrated that we’ve experienced significant issues with both the furnace and AC in such a new system and the unexpected expenses that have come with working with this company. We expected much better reliability from equipment that is so new. Because of this, we would not recommend Jerry Kelly.
