Travis arrived after a text saying he was on his way. He was on time and ready to work.
The air conditioner check was done efficiently with little disruption to my day. I found him to be friendly and ready to explain the work he did. He also set up my next appointment for the furnace maintenance. I would be happy to have him return to my home any time. Thanks Travis!

I asked last minute if I could be scheduled earlier on the time block as I had another appointment a little later that I had forgotten about. Brad came a little after 10a and despite the heavy rain and getting soaked, finished up in time for me to leave on time.

Joseph D came to my dad’s house for a late night plumbing emergency. He had excellent communication and arrived within the estimated time. Upon arrival, he was friendly, courteous and respectful. He was very knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem in less than an hour. He cleaned everything up when he was finished. He was kind and considerate and we were so grateful that he was on call that night. A great experience! I highly recommend this company and Joesph D!

It was disappointing experience with classic, my husband was struggling to deal with them for the heat kit issue. They came and did the inspection and charged 120 bucks. Given estimates to replace with wrong kw heat kit and a huge estimate to replace the whole system. My husband was keep contacting them to know why they are asking to replace with wrong heat kit but they says will call back. He tried 5-6 times but nobody calls. Later we found another company and they came and did inspections again and fix the issue after spending few hours and now we are good. See how unprofessional the classic air company. We need to refund for the money we spent for nothing. I am going to spread my word to 100 plus families in our community in St. Louis area if they not calling me back. Very disappointing experience with a company who interested only for marketing and not showing professionalism.
