  Eric C. Has been to our house to service our heaters and AC’s several times. He did an emergency house call (right after the snow storm) while we were out of town in Florida this past winter and was SO patient with my father while they were trying to work out the issue with our heating system. We completely trust him in our home, he is very knowledgeable, and has such a kind friendly demeanor. We specifically request Eric whenever possible!

  Christian Y is friendly, thorough, and efficient. Best of all he said the filter could go a few more months before it’s changed. I’m often advised to change a filter that releases very little dust when I put it in a bag and bang it on concrete. The filters for my unit are very expensive. I don’t run the air handler full time during the spring and fall months, so his honesty will probably save me $150.

  Mitchell performed scheduled annual maintenance on our two Daikan HVAC systems. He was very thorough in his system inspection and completed his work in a very timely manner. When finished he scheduled the fall system maintenence on the furnace units. We look forward to seeing him again next November.

  A week ago we had our annual AC maintenance. As usual it was a different technician. This is always a little scary because they all Have a different story. This time our technician from Classic Aire was Drake K. From the very beginning he was very nice and polite. Asked questions and made sure I didn’t have any problems. After I showed him where everything was he went straight to work. Very efficient. Gave us a report and told us about any concerns. A gentleman and seemed very knowledgeable. Hope he comes back and hope Classic Aire keeps him. Thanks so much!
