- BCBen ChambersJan 16, 20265.0Shayne at C&D was fantastic to work with. He communicated throughout the process and was able to work with our insurance company to cover all damage after the initially refused to cover certain things. I'd recommend them to anyone!
- TSTammy SchmidtJun 2, 20255.0Dale is amazing! Last year when my first roof contractor could not get it past through my insurance Dale stopped by and got the job done. Everyone in the crew from top to bottom was respectful, polite, cleaned up, and it was a job well done! I have referred him to my neighbors.
- JPJay ParkerMay 21, 20255.0My insurance adjster came out and denied my claim and stated it was storm damage. Dale insisted I contact my agent to get a different adjuster. I did and a different adjuster came out. My insurance company is paying for everything the first adjuster denied. Couldn't be happy and glad Dale insisted on a second adjuster!!!
- BBBrooke BrawleyMay 3, 20245.0Would highly recommend this company. The fact that they were able to take care of all of my exterior needs, and not just the roof, is amazing!!!! It’s such a head ache when trying to get all the repairs done at once. Anyways, both Chris and Dale made my experience very pleasant and EASY! You can really tell these guys care. They dealt with my insurance company for me too, which was great because I literally didn’t have to do a thing. I will continue recommending to all my friends and family. Thanks again!
- AAAnon2020 AcctAug 16, 20235.0We had a new roof installed and our chimney tuckpoined by C&D General Contractors and will definately use them again in the future. Shayne was a pleasure to work with and kept us informed every step of the way. After the roof was installed and paid for, we noticed we had forgotten to have some downspout extensions added to better divert water directly off the roof. Shayne came over the next evening and added the downspout extensions and did not even charge us for labor. We are very happy with our beautiful new roof and C & D's customer service and good work.
