  I must be unlucky. My experience here wasn’t at all like other folks are describing. After being told to come in, I arrived and tbe two dudes at tbe counter sat and stared before tbe bald tattooed fellow reluctantly greeted me. I explained to hom that I know zero about carpet. I said we are building a theater room and would like to have it carpeted. He waived his hand in every direction while muttering incomprehensible carpet lingo. I walked around for a while hoping someone wiould ask me if I needed hellp. No ome bothered. I asked the iother dude and he directed me to the unhelpful bald dude. He glamced up again, but made it pretty clear that he wasn’t going come from behind the desk to give me any help whatsoever. When I mentioned this to him, he retorted rather rudely that he has no idea what I was looking for. I agreed and reiterated I have never bought carpet nor do i know a single thing about it. Given the poor attitude and the bizarre unwillingness assist me, I walked right out the door. The dude could have said literally anything and I would have believed him and bought whatever he suggested, on the spot. Instead Mr. Tatoo watched me walk right out the door. Bummer

  Dealing with all surface flooring was a great experience. The salesperson was informative without being pushy. There was an extensive selection of carpets from which to choose. The installation team was fantastic. Moving all the furniture with care, replacing it correctly, and cleaning everything up. I would highly recommend All Surface Flooring.

  We had the best experience. My mother‘s house was flooded and was causing mini hazards. They worked with us and were able to get the floor in in a very timely manner. Both Brian and Shane, who installed the floor over three days were absolutely fabulous. I cannot sing enough praises they treated my elderly mother with the utmost respect, courtesy more than we’ve gotten during this whole Insurance process post flooding. Highly recommend this store! I also worked with Owen in the store extremely helpful, as everyone was that I had contact within the store. The whole process was wonderful. Thank you all at Allsurface flooring!

  From the time we walked in the store on Manchester Rd. in Ballwin to look at and pick out carpet to when the installers left and 3 rooms of carpet were complete every person we dealt with was very pleasant and courteous and particularly helpful. Our carpet installers for the family room, living room, bedroom hallway and dining room, Patrick and Jason for all of it were terrific. They worked quickly, efficiently and with precision. Clean up was done expertly and thoroughly. They arrived when the rain started working all day while we accumulated 5 inches of rain that day. They worked straight through it having to come and go during the day for various things. There was no sign they had gone outside at all. The carpets looked brand new, as they should have when they packed up and left each day. We will give All surface Flooring, and Owen in the showroom, all of our flooring needs in the future and request Pat and Jason for the installation part of the work.
