  Spent almost two hours in my home for a quote and never gave me a bid. Wasted my time. We called 3 times and was told they are working on it and they never came through. I can’t imagine paying the guy for two hours in my house but also using up my time for this. Next time please just be honest up front, just not a good look.

  Josh has been tenacious to solving a very difficult and frustrating problem that was not his fault but related to equipment failure. He found a way to overcome with creativity and skill. Much appreciate his efforts and would recommend the Ace team for sure!!

  I did not have a great experience at all. I was quoted $651 and took the day off for the install of my tile above my bathtub and shower surround. They called and canceled because the tech did not want to get on a ladder. They rescheduled and the install took 2 days because they stated I bought tile that needed to be adhered with a different backing. My son was kind enough to stay while I worked for them to do the job for the rescheduled date. They charged $1,500 without advising me of the change after signing paperwork for the original cost. They never mentioned the price change and when I asked they explained about the two-day procedure. Which I understand extra labor but I should have been advised of that before they charged my card. I offered to send a picture of the tile before they came out and they declined. They adjusted my bill and removed $100. I was excited to have a company that did multiple jobs in our area and so disappointed with the outcome.
