- LELisa EldersApr 29, 20261.0The City of Arnold hired Spencer to fix our street of Maxville Ln. We are one of the first houses on the street, we had SEVERAL vehicles turn around in our stamped concrete driveway leaving horrific marks. As an employee passed by I asked if there was anything I could put on there to fix it and the guy “guaranteed” me that someone would come by to fix it and if they didn’t he swore he would fix it himself. He even shook my husband’s hand as he swore that. That’s been weeks. I’ve called, left voicemails and absolutely no communication in return. I would highly recommend that if you’re looking for asphalt work DO NOT CALL SPENCER. They clearly DO NOT care about their work and the job that they do and honestly shame on the city for not looking into who they hire.
