  5/5 Stars – Outstanding Quality, Communication, and Advocacy! We used Shelby Roofing and Exteriors for two separate large storm/hail damage projects at our home. These projects were about 15 months apart. The first project in 2025 was an entire roof and some metal trim replacements. The second project in 2026 was an entire roof replacement, and replacement of siding and metal trim for the entire house – all caused by a major hail storm. We highly recommend Shelby Roofing & Exteriors. From start to finish, their team proved that they prioritize doing things the right way without cutting corners. Their communication throughout the process was excellent—they kept us informed every step of the way and were always accommodating to our schedule and specific requests. One of the biggest advantages of working with them was how skillfully they navigated negotiations with our insurance company. They handled the discussions fairly, professionally, and made sure our interests were fully represented so the work was fairly and properly covered. During the installation itself, the project managers provided close oversight of the crews, ensuring the site was managed well and the work met high standards. The final quality of the craftsmanship on our home speaks for itself. We especially appreciated Keith’s excellent work with our insurance company, communications, and oversight on both projects.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great experience with Andrew at Shelby Roofing. He handled everything very professionally from start to finish and was always responsive and helpful. Any concerns or issues that came up were addressed quickly and taken care of to our satisfaction. Andrew made the entire process easy and stress-free, and we really appreciated his communication and attention to detail. We are very happy with the service we received and would definitely recommend Shelby Roofing to anyone needing roofing work!

  I had a great experience working with Shelby Roofing! Everyone that was part of my project was friendly and answered all of my questions and concerns. Josh worked hard to get my insurance to cover a few things that were missed on the initial inspection. Ryan and the roofing crew were excellent workers, even in the extreme heat. Mark did a fantastic job on my facia. The gutter installers did a wonderful job too. Everyone did a good job of cleaning up after the work was done! I am very happy with the results.

  Hi Shelby Roofing team and anyone looking for a roofer, siding, soffit professional - simply stop searching and call Shelby Roofing for all your needs. - Luke in sales could not have been more respectful, professional and knowledgeable about the roofing trade, practices - such as what to expect, what we may want to consider and reasonable timelines for work to begin and how long the project would take. Just not a better representative (wouldn't even call him a salesman) but more of a advocate for our family. And his follow up, communication skills are off the chart. - Ryan as the project manager is a stud. Not only did Ryan check on the progress of the roofing project daily, but was there to actually work - to ensure quality control were to Shelby's standards and again, we had consistent and timely communications with Ryan for the 2.5 days the project lasted. He could not have more respectful, professional and knowledgeable about the project - ensuring all materials were proper (that had been ordered) and that the installation was to Shelby's professional standards. - The roofing crew - just can't say enough about the team that 'truly' cared for our home - from tear off of the old to the install of the new - there were no short-cuts, period. Lastly, we have been in the insurance business over 38 years and have had several claims over that time - this was the most seamless, enjoyable experience we've ever had with a contractor, period. So if you are reading this review and require a roofer - just call Shelby Roofing. Congrats to the entire team - a job, very, very well done - thank you.

  After the tornadoes that hit Jefferson County last May, we needed our roof and siding replaced, and choosing Shelby Roofing was one of the best decisions we made. From start to finish, they went above and beyond. They didn’t just complete the work they became our advocate throughout the entire insurance process. They proactively worked with our insurance company, challenged items when necessary, and fought to ensure we received everything we were entitled to while keeping our out-of-pocket costs as low as possible. That level of dedication is rare. The crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of our property. The job was completed quickly, the workmanship was outstanding, and they left everything clean when they were finished. The quality of both the materials and the installation exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a roofing company that genuinely cares about its customers, communicates well, stands behind its work, and delivers exceptional results, I can’t recommend Shelby Roofing enough.
