  Our family received a great experience with replacing our entire HVAC system from start to finish. The project manager who gave us our estimates was kind-hearted and very detailed in explaining our options. The multiple options to choose from were also very generous. The two gentlemen who came out to install our system were courteous and professional and definitely detail-oriented. We opted to have our humidifier replaced. They had caught that there was no water line running to the humidifier on the old system, something that was never previously caught and they were kind enough to install a water pipe and have it properly connected with the new one. Old circuit boxes and cement flooring were replaced with the outside condensing unit and the finished result is top notch! They even went far enough to lay down rugs over our new carpet to keep it from getting dirty and carefully explained operation and basic routine maintenance tasks for us to be mindful over. They wrapped the job up testing all aspects of the system and ensured proper function. We overall were very happy with the experience.

  Troy came out today for a thorough HVAC inspection. I had concerns that my HVAC system was undersized and yesterday our AC shut off during this fall heatwave. Troy did a complete inspection and informed me of all his findings to not only put my mind at ease but to also bring to my attention some ways we can make the system better and allow my home to feel more comfortable. We already have a second appointment with Troy and his PM to go over some mini split options for our master bedroom and we also signed up for the maintenance plan to keep our HVAC running like a well oiled machine!

  A/C quit blowing, so called the folks from Classic Aire to come take care of me. They definitely took care of me! The initial service call concluded that I needed a new system (which they came and installed. the VERY NEXT DAY!!) and all of the people from beginning to end were very transparent, honest, and explained everything in detail. I felt comfortable with what they felt, no one was pushy, and overall all of the guys were just really great to work with. Special shoutout to Brandon F, Mike F, Kent S, and Kurt T. 5-star review for all of you! Thank you for getting my house back in comfortable, working shape!!

  I couldn’t come up with a complaint or note of improvement for John if I tried. He was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, professional, and patient with all of my questions. My house is old and the radiant heating system has had a lot of different work completed on it over time (some good and some clearly not). I am admittedly very uneducated on this kind of heating system but eager to get it up and running- that being said, I had no idea what to expect regarding cost or even of the current condition of the components. John walked me through the state of my system and everything he found as he worked. He explained all recommendations with reasoning and options, gave me a plan to move forward, and put my mind at ease over whether or not we could make it safe for use in the coming months. I would recommend Classic Aire Care, and especially John, without hesitation to anyone with a radiant heating system.
