  Roger with Classic Air Care responded quickly and very personable on an emergency air conditioner down call before the Fourth of July weekend with the temperature in the high 90s!. He was very friendly, Knowledgeable and quickly identified the problem of a bad run capacitor. He had a replacement part on his truck, even though It was an odd special Trane style apart. Had the unit fixed within 15 minutes of showing up check the system out and then offered me two prices with one that was a great value for adding the annual service plan which was the smartest thing to do and very cheap price -saved me $ on visit too! Very happy with his service and that of Classic very thankful that Roger was working this extra day in this heat, can’t say enough about him and the service he provided five stars. !!!! Thank you to everyone that serves in this heat!! And to some of the younger crowd that took the day off instead of extra day of work…. You don’t know what you’re missing$$ and the appreciation you could get from customers like me!!! Rogers repair truly made a difference in this family’s life this weekend! Thank you again Roger from my entire family!!

  I called this evening about my ac not working. It was like 90 degrees in here with fans going I have four cats and they were able to get someone to me this evening. Justin was really nice and understanding. Honestly a really chill dude. He knew exactly what was wrong with the unit and fixed it without any problems. He knew exactly what he was doing. I and so thankful to him and classic aire. I was dying 😭 the cost wasn’t that bad either tbh I expected it to be way higher. I was will 💯 percent be calling classic aire from now on (not going to take having air conditioning for granted anymore either haha) Thank all so much.

  I had such a wonderful experience with this company, I would recommend them to everybody. My air went out on a Sunday afternoon on one of the hottest days of the year. I googled for local HVAC companies, and went to their website and filled out a request for service. At 8 AM the next day they said a representative was headed out to see me. They arrived within the half hour, diagnosed and prepared the unit within 20 minutes. The cost was very within range and the entire experience was superior to anything I’ve experienced before. I asked if I could get a quote for what it would cost to install a new system, and the repair person contacted his office and said someone would be out first thing the next morning. A project manager arrived the following morning And review my system. We had a very comprehensive conversation about what it would take, and the cost, and again I feel the estimate was very much in line with industry standards. The overall experience experiences with both the technician and project manager were outstanding, and I highly recommend using this company for all of your HVAC needs.

  Joe replaced a faucet and installed water shut-off valves on a sink in our mudroom. He ran into an issue in doing so. He could have gone another more labor intensive route to fix it but did not in order to save us money on labor. Beside doing a great job, we appreciate Joe having his customer’s best interest at heart. He also took a look at a hot water supply problem we were having with our washing machine while here. It wasn’t on the schedule to do this but he graciously agreed to do this and determined it was not a problem with the line it self. Joe went above and beyond what was expected and we appreciate him taking time to do this. We definitely will ask for him on our next plumbing job! He is someone you can trust and does excellent work.

  We had a major A/C issue, and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the entire system instead of just treating the obvious symptom. He explained every problem he found, showed me what was causing the issues, and answered all of my questions in a way I could understand. Some things are still being investigated and he will get back to us, as soon as he has a solution! He was honest, knowledgeable, professional, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I really appreciated how detailed he was in finding all the problems and making sure we knew exactly what needed to be fixed. It’s hard to find someone who takes that much pride in their work. And also found that the a/c has been causing a lot of other issues! Thank you Dan! I highly recommend him to anyone needing A/C service. Excellent work, great communication, and outstanding customer service!
