  I cannot rave enough about Crestside! Needed to install a new A/C & furnace. Joe, my salesman, was not pushy, extremely knowledgeable, down-to-earth & made sure I understood everything. Once I made my choices, it was only two more days until installation. Mike & Ashton installed everything in a day. They were both very friendly & clearly knew what they were doing. The cost for everything was very reasonable. Won’t go anywhere else for my HVAC needs!

  Called on Monday Speedy dispatch time during a heat wave due to our AC going down. Promptly arrive at the schedule repair time the next morning Tuesday. Was able to make repairs while onsite to get our home cooled. Pricing / cost is reasonable. Additionally, they don’t try to sell you anything you don’t need. Honest and hardworking contractor is a blessing in today’s market. Thank you Crestside Ballwin.

  Our technician was very professional and informative! They had someone here very quickly after we called too. Everyone I corresponded with was absolutely wonderful, and they made a return customer out of me! 10/10!

  I switched from another large HVAC company because they wanted to replace an entire unit (a very common recommendation nowadays). I decided to call Crestside from friends referral and I’m so glad I did. Not only did they replaced the part it was also under warranty. I only had to pay for labor. I have been a client of Crestside now for over 4 years. Very responsive to emergencies, price reasonable, pleasant and most importantly honest. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.

  It has been a great to have an on going relationship with Crestside Ballwin. I have a maintenance agreement and have my furnace and A/C checked on a regular basis. The company and service staff are familiar with me and my system. It keeps things running smoothly. Recently there was a problem, which we later found out was due to the wire to my thermostat being damaged. The service person, Jason, was brilliant in troubleshooting the problem, and easing my mind that there was nothing wrong with my unit, and getting me back up and running quickly. Thanks for being a company that stands behind their work.
