  The people were very friendly. I stopped by, provided pictures and all the information needed to get a quote. We had some correspondence via text. I didn't hear back from them for a couple weeks so I called and verified they had my information. They did verify they had all the correct information and still had everything I provided them originally. It's a couple months later now and I still haven't received a quote.

  If you're taking the time to read reviews for this company and are considering buying a wave armor dock, please take a moment to read and absorb what I have to say. You'll be happy you did. I'm about to give you a lesson on wave armor docks and why purchasing from Myles at Due North is critical to your satisfaction in the end.⁸ I will save you from one of your biggest headaches. 3 years ago, I admittedly fell for the cheaper price tag that a big dealer out of Harris, MN offered me on a new wave armor setup. Everything from the communication to the install and support after the fact when things went wrong was absolutely terrible and caused me aggravation beyond belief. The Harris, MN place never could resolve the misaligned panels and the instability of the dock. What they do to get you suckered in is to quote you on what appears to be the same dock but look close at that itemized list when reviewing your quote. They use less than half the posts that should be on there to undercut their competitors. Those who aren't the wiser (like myself until after the fact) fall for this. Since wave armor doesn't have a standard or protocol in place for the installers, this is how they can get away with it. The install quality on these docks are even more critical than the dock pieces themselves. You really need to compare what you're getting and not just look at the price. So after I educated myself somewhat, I added my own additional posts and brackets to add rigidity to the dock. Now I could walk on it without feeling like I was going to fall off, but we still had sloppy and misaligned panels i couldn't fix. 3 years later and Myles steps into the picture. I wanted some additonal accessories. Refusing to go through the first mess again with the first dealer,, I discovered Due North. Communication was perfect, professionalism was top notch and delivery and installation went perfectly. When I told Myles about the problem with the dock and misaligned sections from the first place, without ask, he did a full inspection of my dock and he pointed out how the clamp and alignment hardware from the previous place was never installed. He went above and beyond by inspecting my dock, trying up my sections, corrected and installed all the missing hardware. I wish i had found him sooner and none of this would have been an issue. The dock is now the best it has ever been and i owe it to him and his attention to detail. We discussed all this while he was working and he explained how for a quality install you need several posts and all the hardware in place which was never put on in the first place. Please do yourself a favor, don't fall for the cheaper priced place. I've lost years of enjoyment out of this dock that I would have otherwise had if I had found Due North Dock in the first place. A sincere thanks to you Myles. We love our new accessories and our now corrected dock.

  Would like to thank Myles, Nicole and crew. Over the years we have purchased several docks and lifts from Due North Doc and Lift with our most recent a Floe lift for our paddle boat. Again thanks for the helpful advice, great prices and installation. Would not think of even going anywhere else.

  Due North Dock and Lift is truly an awesome family business. I just bought a Floe Roll in dock from them, and from my first conversation with Nicole until the dock was installed, this was the best experience possible. Everyone is knowledgable and so friendly. They gave us a nice discount from MSRP, delivered and installed it very professionally, without additional charge, and made any adjustments necessary. Thoroughly answered all my questions. These are the kind of people you love to do business with. Offered great suggestions and they care about their work. They also care about your satisfaction. Purchase to install for me was less than a month. These people are the very best at what they do. Not a fancy store, but the same awesome Floe products as elsewhere. I will tell everyone I know looking for a Floe dock to call Due North. You will not be disappointed.
