  MSP did an urgent repair of two cracked and leaking waste pipes into our main line under concrete in 2019. This summer we began having water seaping up from the 2nd waste line concrete floor area (which caused water damage)... After a camera inspection and now a plumber having dug out the area for a permanent fix, they found a jack hammer hole in the top of the main line that MSP’s plumber caused (see red handled tool sticking into line!)and obviously MSP’s plumber did not repair the hole before sealing up with concrete AND the tie in was not done well and is failing/sagging. Do not use MSP for plumbing issues! Stick with small businesses whom care and do great work.

  Problem: sump pump stopped working and high water level alarm. System issue evaluated with 2 options: replace old pump and a new integrated system with main pump and back-up. Thomas did a wonderful job walking me through the options and reasoning; he was very patient and understood my need to understand the technical operation and reasons for the options. Reasoning seemed valid, and it was Thomas’ personality, demeanor and technical knowledge - complete integrated system purchased. Highly recommend MSP - they’ve provided great maintenance and system installation over many years, and appreciated many of their knowledgeable field staff. Great company and staff.

  Friendly, very competent, used many different methods to pinpoint the problem and check the results. Showed me pictures of my unit and discussed possible issues that may come up in the future. Just great! Five stars all the way!

  Allen was extremely patient with me answering all of my inquiries. Also Allen was very capable to find out the A/C problems without any hesitation or guesswork. He right away found the root cause of my A/C fan’s malfunction. He immediately fixed and all is working as it’s supposed to do. Thanks for your company to have an expert like Allen Knapperenberger. And this repair work was still under Carriers 10 year warranty. That’s a bonus for me.

  The plumber did fine though there was significant upselling. MSP communication continues to be terrible. The plumber showed up having no idea that he was to do additional work to divert the sump pump output on the exterior of the home. No one had communicated to him from MSP regarding this, even though it was discussed the day before and pictures were taken. We’ve come to expect this poor communication with customers and amongst employees at MSP Plumbing & HVAC.
